There’s no proper rule to it, you’re safe anywhere that won’t make your tyre debead. 18-20 PSI is a safe middle ground. If you go below it, it is not safe to take sharp turns. Depending on the type of tyre, rim and sidewall, you can go as low as 5 PSI or even less, but again lot of factors play a role to go that low in tyre pressures.

They are better and yes it corrects it. I am happy with the setup. It reduced body roll and made handling better

5 horsepower max. You wont even feel the extra horses. The remap is for throttle tuning and taking some restrictions off.

Factory lockers are mostly shit. Too much caution required while using. Endy locker is good, Toyota has too many restrictions on engagement and usage.

It's a setup built and perfected over many years by the owner. Don't think there is an one liner answer to your question.
