- 10월 1일부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트인 고척아이파크 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 서울 구로구 고척동에 위치한 고척아이파크 아파트는 국내 최대 규모의 민간임대 아파트로써 주상복합 1,459세대와 아파트 746세대로 총 2,205가구가 입주하는 대규모 아파트단지입니다. 고척초등학교와 중학교가 단지 앞에 위치해 있고 서울지하철 1호선 전철역 개봉역에서 도보 5분 거리의 역세권 아파트입니다. 또한 상업시설 지하에 회원제 창고형 할인점인 코스트코 고척점이 곧 개점하게 되어 쇼핑의 편의를 더해 주기도 합니다. 아울러 고척스카이돔이 도보 10여분 거리에 위치해 있습니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Seoul, Korea. As the name of apartment is Gocheok IPARK, it was constructed by Hyundai Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from Oct. 1, 2022. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
