where I come from snitches like Ellie get hurt and sometimes depending on the severity of it , their families suffer as well ! there have been snitches whose whole families have had to move from the neighborhood !

I think its more because it wasnt discussed before with management, its 3 pll in 1 cabin during a charter, and its because of a conflict that needs to be worked out not avoided. Also, Bri mentioned it being so much fun, laughing to sleep etc. Sounds like party times during charter that could mess up work performance 😅
