Well, it looks like i will be making this painting a 3rd time! Lol. The third painting will be called goldilocks! I like to show my successful paintings and the not so successful ones in the hopes you can learn from them all! Dont give up if you are struggling. It happens to all of us! Learn from your experiences and keep going! Happy Painting
I so agree! I'm not sure if I want to do them anymore. I had four 30X40 canvas that I made. They picked out the colors. I liked them, but when they came to the studio I felt they got distracted by other paintings I had wet. They liked those colors better.
Hi Molly, you always make beautiful paintings. This painting is pretty love the colors, I've been wanting to acrylic painting but my lower back n crapping of my fingers has put hold on a lot in my daily activities. I have to take one day at time. 💛💙💚
It’s crazy to me that your client doesn’t like these. I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to buy them, especially the first one it was absolutely stunning!!! I hope third times a charm for you🤞🏼 They all are home runs to me!!!
I have been watching some of your older videos because every video is such a wonderful learning experience for me. This one was especially helpful in learning how to stretch the paint. I am having problems with over stretching so I recently tried stretching before swiping and was happier with my results than before. Thank you as always for these wonderful videos. You are such an inspiring artist, Molly.
I love this painting Molly... But I understand what you are talking about. Yes, commissions are hard, because our mind and painting GODDESS inside us is not "free". 😁 But you will do it! Hugs 🤗 🌹 😘
I think it's beautiful. The client has to be the one that loves it. You have a wonderful husband helping you. The next one will be perfect - I just know it.
It’s beautiful…you could still sell it for sure. But I get it about back to the drawing board. Every piece is part of the journey. And learning is priceless!! Thanks Molly
Holy cow! That’s massive ! You have an amazing hubby helping you like that. I’m sure someone would buy that, even if it’s not the original clients. 🥰🇦🇺
Hey Molly, even though this painting design did not work as you or your client envisaged it is still beautiful & I have no doubt that it will sell quickly to someone who has these colours in their home & it will be magical for them. It is wonderful to know that your husband gives you his total support, you are a fortunate woman. I love your work. Cheers, Michelle from Australia 🌹
Well Molly it may not be what you were going for but you and your husband are a good team and I’m sure you will still be able to sell it everyone’s taste is different and I think it is beautiful and will certainly go well in someone’s home great job thanks for sharing
This one the work in progress is beautiful in its changes. It's dynamic. It says you have a good marriage to be able to do this so in sync with another.
@@MOLLYSARTISTRY What about trying the composition and colors on a smaller canvas, showing it to the client, until you get it the way he likes. Then do it on the big canvas. I know it's still going to be different on the big one. But you will at least have the practice in and chances are you'll get it right that way! Sell the one the client didn't like to someone who will !!
You are so encouraging and such a blessing. May God open the windows of heaven and give you wisdom and talent you have not even realized yet. May you find joy in the plans God has for you. God can give you wonderful ideas while you sleep, just ask. Can’t wait to see how you grow. Be blessed.
You are really right, no one is perfect but the painting really looks very beautiful. I like how colours mixed into each other and the lines are amazing. Thanks for tutorial.
Maybe it’s not exactly what you wanted for you’re client but it’s still beautiful and I hope you take it to you’re show to sell!! Thank you for always inspiring!
Well, I think it’s pretty. I love the colors. I think you’re right about the lacing. It needs to be big enough to be in proportion to the size of the canvas. Handsome helper. What we could see!
Hey Molly thanks for showing us all you videos. The ones we consider average or not our best are sometimes beauties to another. I always say to myself “they can’t all be bangers” when I do one that I’m not totally pleased with 😂 . As long as I learned something I’m cool with it and I just look forward to the next one with even more confidence. Appreciate your art Molly and your willingness to share it with the world. 🙏🏼
I can’t even imagine the cost of materials you’ve gone through for this commission piece. Actually, yes I can 😳. Someone will for sure buy this bad boy though! It’s so freaking awesome!!
Even though you weren’t satisfied with it and it wasn’t what the client was looking for turned out beautiful and I love how you walked us through and how you did this and what you didn’t like. Thanks for being a good teacher
I must share with you... I have been painting since 12 yrs old. Will be 90 in Jan. You have , for the last two yrs, bought joy to my art . Your presentations are great.. your creations are fabulous. I have learned so much from you. Who says you can’t learn new things. Thank you 🙏 so much. My husband’s name is on the list but my name is Fay the wife artist. Molly you are so inspirational. 😘
I think it's really nice! I don't know what it is about it, it just draws me in. Not what you wanted but will make a lovely addition to someone's abode 💕
I really love that you show us the pieces that they did not come out the way you wanted! I am very new to the Cell Activator and swiping (and fluid art in general) but I realized when my Cell Activator mix is a little bit thicker, my cells hold their shape better and they don't sort of disappear! Love your work 😍😍
Thank you for sharing, as I’m about to do my 3rd 40x60 canvas because I haven’t gotten the color I’m looking for. Was getting discouraged until seeing this video. Thank you so much for your transparency. Now back to it again 😁
Molly- I love it but I understand when it doesn't feel right it is not right. I love seeing how you can admit when it doesn't work out because I so many of those days.
I can’t imagine how you and your hubby got that huge canvas stretched out! Cudo’s to both of you! I love these colors together and think it’s so very pretty with all the details in it and the amazing colors. Canvas number 3 will be the magic maker! Ya just hav’ta “get ‘r done”! ❤️👍🏻
I really liked the final result on this one. Certainly from a distance when looking at the whole painting, it looks to me like a beachy underwater garden. The texture of the lacing gives it a sandy feel to it for me, and that pale blue couldn't be more perfect as tropical seawater. Beautiful.
I’d take it, hands down Molly! I think it is incredible and would proudly hang it on my wall! When you were looking at your swipes (before tilting it the 2nd time) I had NO CLUE what you were analyzing/seeing - & how you could envision how it would hopefully turn out. But to be fair, I have never done a swipe. And you are very experienced. 😊
That's what I thought. I grew up on an island, surrounded by ocean, and the light is shining through the water. I will find air if I go to it. It draws me.
Shaun and I are sat here watching you (and Ryan tilting). Absolutely love the colours you’ve chosen this time and it’s such a HUGE canvas! Wow! It’s a gorgeous creation 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow Molly, 3 2litre jugs of paint , that’s a lot of paint , braze lady to tackle such a huge piece , might not have been wat u were going for but this video shows us all why we all love u and love wat u do , might not have been a success but it’s still a gorgeous piece none the less , happy Sunday Molly great job
It is very pretty, Molly. Commissions are NOT what I prefer either. I would rather play in the paint! LOL🤣 Have fun with it, then have someone say, "that one's mine!" or "I have dibs on that one!" Thank you, Molly
I understand its not what the client wanted but I absolutely love it! In my opinion, It looks like Birds eye view of water that has the reflection of a sunset and trees in it and somebody threw pebbles in the water and it rippled and splashed causing the colors to move n distort and u captured that moment beautifully, in this painting.

So sorry! But I do appreciate seeing the ones that don't work out. It's encouraging to those of us struggling to learn. Keep going!
Thank you kathleen!
I love my local dollar store for new tools and items that inspire new ideas and new techniques into my pours.
I think its very pretty!! An underwater sea grass waving in the current..... I love it!!
Even though it's not what you were expecting it's still beautiful. It reminds me of looking up at the sky through the water.
I love this painting Molly... But I understand what you are talking about. Yes, commissions are hard, because our mind and painting GODDESS inside us is not "free". 😁 But you will do it! Hugs 🤗 🌹 😘
Thank you so much fiona. I appreciate your kind words. You are so right though with the commission part!
I can't do commissions. I can't take the pressure 🤦🏼♀️
I think it's beautiful. The client has to be the one that loves it. You have a wonderful husband helping you. The next one will be perfect - I just know it.
Thank you claudia!
This looks like an under the sea scene to me. Like I’m laying in a reef bed looking up at the surface. Gorgeous.
It's an abalone shell so gorgeous
It’s beautiful…you could still sell it for sure. But I get it about back to the drawing board. Every piece is part of the journey. And learning is priceless!! Thanks Molly
OH MY WORD - That Mrs. Molly is a Beautiful Painting!!!!

Thank you!
Molly I love the painting hanging in the background!!!! OMG I want to see how you did this
So gorgeous, even if it isn't what this particular client was after. The colors are spectacular and the orange...!

Wow that is a big one. It is beautiful, third one is the charm.
I think it’s beautiful. I can see a lot of green and blue.
I find it gorgious. Look like a big gemstone. ❤❤❤
Well Molly it may not be what you were going for but you and your husband are a good team and I’m sure you will still be able to sell it everyone’s taste is different and I think it is beautiful and will certainly go well in someone’s home great job thanks for sharing
I love this! The part you didn't swipe creates an interesting focal point amongst all the movement. Beautiful ocean colors.
Molly, you're amazing!! You tackle these HUGE commission pieces with so much love for you're art and customers. You inspire us all.
Não vejo fracasso, Molly! Estã lindo!

Thank you for the amazing video. I appreciate the videos that dont turn out as planned more than those that do sometimes.
Glad you like them!
Looks like a tornado. It’s awesome. I liked it before you poured it all off, but the tornado turned out fun.

Not what you wanted, but so interesting and beautiful ☺

Really impressed with your team work. Not all couples could work so well together to do something so analogue.
I think it is amazing I loved this painting.
So fun! Love it both directions! You two are my go-to artists!
I love the white swipe verses the black
I can’t imagine how you and your hubby got that huge canvas stretched out! Cudo’s to both of you! I love these colors together and think it’s so very pretty with all the details in it and the amazing colors. Canvas number 3 will be the magic maker! Ya just hav’ta “get ‘r done”! ❤️👍🏻
