The only 'lead' left I can think about is that the victim apparently signed up for a dating service
(there were e-mails of it in the v-mail) which could possibly connect as this is the 'valentines stalker case'
Unfortunatly from what I could see she only got one match with "Ai" which isn't exactly the "R" person you are looking for
If that doesn't work out I fear the only thing you could do if you really wanted to close the case is searching everret tower, but that is a bit of mad approach

Yes, the mails even show up on their work computer! Maybe the guy who she matched with was an old lover under wrong name?
I’m pretty sure emails are just flavor, I’ve never had them be useful in this game
Her email to her shrink said she thought she was being followed. If she had a stalker, reviewing past CCTV clips prior to the murder would show someone consistently following her or showing up at her apartment. Is there someone that has been seen at the complex a few times that doesn't live there?
Also, didn't you speak with someone in her building that said she saw her at 9:30 after she was already dead?
Id recommend looking at the governmeng database in the town hall medical lab. Search the letter R since we can assume the killer's name starts with an R. Print out every person in the database starting with R and i think it has everyone's fingerprint? Until you find the person with fingerprint R? Could work if it has fingerprints for everyone in there. Or you can also look up ahmed to see what his fingerprint is if like you said he was just a hired killer. Since he was outside the building around the time of the murder
there are a few leads left from what I see:
-investigate building manager/landlord
-Ask coworkers for suspicious activity
-Others have said to go through the city directory for names starting with R
-Visit people from teh adress book
none of it is concrete stuff but maybe something will turn up. And if there's really nothing more I guess it's time to file the case unsolved and move on to the next one. After all it's procedurally generated so it's fully possible a case is unsolveable depending on how you approach it and how fast you act.
The building supervisor (security room) can usually be found on floors 5-7 of a building. Outside the door it says ‘keep away’ or there is a CCTV sign
That building only has 5 floors and no CCTV room. I believe it's the only one in game.

Maybe try to track it? Scan every doorknob?
And also... is there a fingerprint database search avilable?
wait you can search for a fingerprints owner.
thought it worked the other way that you could get a persons fingerprint.
@@Zack_Westerno you cannot search via fingerprint. You can check the Government database if you have a name but that almost feels like cheating with how easy it is
@@mruglehface So you actually can search for everyone whos first or last name starts with R and compare their fingerprints with "R (what a coincidence)) type"?? That would move the case a lot.
Can the NPC killers not, you know, turn off cameras and stuff like you can? Because, that jump in the Outside cameras is unnatural. Seeing the print here makes me think they could have made it less likely to be caught by removing surveillance and spying on the victim.
