Hey Alex! Thanks for posting. What’s it like to live in Chiba? Japan seems a bit lonely?
Also noticed you have a tattoo on your finger. How do you deal with that when teaching? Thanks!🌻

      Hi! Thanks for the questions!
I'm really enjoying Chiba so far 😄 It's close enough to Tokyo to enjoy a weekend there, but not as crowded (plus Disneyland is a few minutes from me haha!).
Japan can be lonely, yes. I experience it most when the weather starts getting colder. I think it's so important to have a good support system back home and work hard to build a community once you get to Japan!
My finger tattoo is small enough to go unnoticed in classes (so far 🤭). If it's ever a problem, I can just cover it with a bandaid!

@@alexccen thanks for responding. I lived in China before and I know how lonely being away from home can get. And yes, building a community is very important.
Hopefully we’ll get to meet one day. I’m hoping to move to Chiba next year 🌻
