This guided meditation is by far my favorite. I did this for 30days, and before my 30 days my biggest issue that I gave to God/Universe began to transform. It is now done, and this now my daily morning meditation!! It truly works ❤❤❤❤

Very good meditation! I've done this 3 days in a row, and have felt calmer and happier since day 1. I'm excited to continue this routine!
Week 1 update: I'm laughing frequently, which I wasn't doing much lately. I'm more talkative and fun. I've had synchronicities several times daily, including hearing songs I was thinking of and unexpectedly seeing people I know. I'm feeling energies more strongly than I have in a long time, some of which I previously struggled to get a feel for.
Week 2 update: I'm hearing from friends I haven't heard from in a long time, as well as new people. I'm channeling deep wisdom, and feeling inspired to write it down. I'm moving toward making some much needed changes. I'm generally enjoying my life experiences more.
Week 3 update: I'm easily making beneficial changes without struggling to force those changes into place. I'm having dreams about desired situations occurring. Someone I hadn't met approached me about spiritual matters that have been on my mind, which inspired me to focus more specifically on balancing myself.
Week 4 update: I'm feeling ambitious and I'm much more productive. My interests are changing for the better. I look and feel healthier. I'm shaping my life into the vision I have in mind.
Week 5 update: I am able to see more details of my surroundings easily, such as noticing everything happening at all the buildings I pass while driving. I can shift into a better mood instantly at will. I am steady in my healthy decisions, without feeling tempted to make exceptions. I won some money. And somehow I've gotten taller. This is beginning to sound like a joke, but it really has happened and my results may become more unexpected than this.

As I was doing this meditation, the part where the universe reaches out its hand to absorb the energy that I want to get rid of, that part for some reason made me cry, I teared up and it just felt like a hug to me, honestly I don’t know if it’s just me being emotional or me knowing that the universe has my back no matter what💗🧿✨

This is the 3rd day of my meditation (listening to this video) and as I completed today's I had few drop of tears . I have heard people crying in meditation but I this was my first experience. I also do not know where the tears came from!
For the past few months I've been in a miserable place, where I lost all my hopes and dreams. But for some reason I wanted to listen to this ever since you posted this but something was stopping me. Weirdly enough, when I started meditating I was crying and smiling at the same time and then I just burst into tears in the middle of this video. It felt like I was letting go of my fears, my stress, the agony I feel and then boom! I was smiling. I don't know if I can get better, but this surely made me feel so good. Thank you so much ❤️❤️
