Hmm... you should be able to double click on it and make adjustments. Is it possible the adjustments window is popping up and you just aren't seeing it? Maybe on another monitor or on the edge of the screen?

Glad you got it working! I don't know how to move the panels like that- I think it would be confusing to me personally. When I first started using dual monitors, I had all the panels on the secondary monitor and only the toolbar on the primary one- and did all my actual work on that monitor. Now I keep it all on one monitor and use the other monitor for email, web browser, etc. Just gotta find something that works for you.
