Everyone asking where to put descaling powder will not get their answer as it voids warranty. You just put it in detergent tray.
That is not a useful instruction! You should mention where and how much anti-limescale powder or tablet should be used. What is the expected time in the model shown? This is bad.
Not helpful as there's no mention of using limescale powder

Stupid and useless stock video. Doesn't tell where to put (or not to put) the descaling powder or machine-cleaning tablets. The Manual for my LG model says, "Put the anti-limescale (descaler) in the detergent tray", but the descaler product instructs to put the powder in the drum!

Tub cleaning time is 1. Hour 16 minutes but cleaning taken for 2 hours y what problem pls reply and washing clothes also i put 30 minutes but taken the time is 1 hr

same problem was happening to me, then i asked the shopkeeper, he said to clean water valve(in which water goes inside) back side of your machine, just pull it out and clean the small net, there will be so much dirts and dusts, just clean it and put it back, your machine will work like magic
