Cold Plunge Day 9

Alright Day 9 is here!!
Doing the Cold Plunge later in the day made a bigger difference than I thought!
I feel like my body was shocked way more by the water because I wasn't able to do this plunge until 5pm 🥶
I'm getting closer to the 2 week mark and I'm excited to see how much my body has adapted since day 1.
