It seems none of the above cams support that feature (only collision detection). The only available option is to go for loop recording in which older files get overwritten. What you need is a camera with motion detection for parking monitoring. The OBD kit automatically cuts off power after it reaches a certain voltage such 11.8V I think. So it protects your battery from completely draining out.
Hey Form factor is an issue for me as i dont want the cam to be obstructive. I cant makeup my mind btw 70mai a500s or the superior a810s. Should i just go for a budget dual channel for the form factor or get any of the above two?
Well my recommendation is that if you can go with the 70mai810, then you should definitely buy it over A500S. Although it is comparatively bigger than A500s, it is worth the trade-off. A500s is no match to the A810's 4K resolution coupled with Starvis2. And when the time comes when you are in need of some important video footage from your dashcam, the form factor of the dashcam will have no role to play.

Ddpai n1 dual camera still covers the purpose with good video quality and in budget. Ddpai does not craete video files automatically like 1 min or 3 min options ? That option not available? Only we can download and need to select time range? Didnt see how we can set parking montorimg time lapse amd all dunctions not available?
Yes. But dashcams need specific voltage to enter parking mode. If your powerbank doesn't give correct voltage, dashcam wont enter parking mode and will continue to record in normal mode.

A3 pro as it has battery protection for parking mode and no hardwire is needed unless you want rear camera this is the best option

The file size is not constant. It varies fron file to file. I mention the average size.
