After almost a year of playing, this video taught me you can in fact reset attributes on Ol gear and not sit with a 5% elemental damage line 20% ammo and 6% atk on a nikke.

This is absolutely legit. Been playing on my workstation PC since the PC client launch. Consistently finished between 1.5% and 3.0% in solo raid. Installed on my gaming PC and am now sitting at 130th on Mirror Container.
As a test, I also to my 5 solo raid teams and used them on a shooting range boss on my non gaming PC. Then used the same 5 teams on the shooting range boss on my gaming PC. I scored 1 billion more damage on my gaming PC
TLDR, I've handicapped myself for a year and a half because I never bothered to install this game on my actual gaming PC...SMDH
