3:39 Thank you, and you're welcome for that other thing. Didn't get to reply to that message so I thought I'd leave it here. I wasn't expecting number 1 but I guess it's so OP that it doesn't crown you king of multiplayer. It names you "Master of the game". Great list once again.
Super Metroid gives players a great power, but doesn't even let them know that they have it. The average player may accidentally execute the move once or twice throughout the game, but would never be able to replicate it. It's probably one of the best hidden goodies in any game ever.
3:34 That was literally the LAST thing I expected to hear. And I'm not just using 'literally' for emphasis. I mean I seriously never expected to hear that sentence. I don't know how to react to this. Was expecting Mega Rayquaqua and Meta Knight. And being able to do wall jumps doesn't ruin everything. I think a multiplayer based thing should've been number one, because at least no one gets pissed off by it (If the player is the one doing it).
Kevin Hanson this list isn't about ruining the game. Just breaking it. Having more control. and wall jumping gives you unlimited access to the entire game. You would be hard pressed to find anything else as simple let you bypass absolutely everything.
Kevin Hanson PLUS Psychic type in GEN 1 for how it was * ahem * "balanced" has no equivalent today. If it was still the same as it was today, Mega Rayquaza would be a joke
I think I've found one usage of the stun that's actually balanced. Within FFXIV, if you get stunned or your opponent does, a resistance will build causing the next stun to be of less length or not even work. This means if you're facing an enemy(dps check enemy in the Weeping City of Mhach for example) that has an attack you need to stun and some of your teammates are going a tad overboard with those moves, you just may have a wipe on your hands.
Fawful's Minion fair enough, though you usually get the feeling from both communities that you're not allowed to like both, which is stupid to me. Also, wonderful video as always. One thing I would disagree with however is the segment on Stealth in the ES series. It is completely broken, but not as broken as Smithing in my opinion. Do Smithing right in Skyrim and you become damn near unkillable, even on the highest difficulty from the strongest enemies. Hell in Vanilla Skyrim you can break the armor rating cap with Dragonscale armor, and since that's light armor you can still sneak with it...good Akatosh...
Smithing takes longer and yields more broken results, while Sneaking is more practical because it enables players to negate enemy defenses (most anyway).
The most over powered move I've ever seen in a video game was in Persona 3. In P3 there are these combination spells that can only be done when you have both the required persona, this one move requiring Lucifer and Satan which are both pretty easy to get once you know what to do. The move Im talking about is called Fusion Raid. It does 9999 damage to all enemies and kills everything! Even bosses like Death its self! The twist is that it takes ALL of your SP(mana basically). So you can only use it once right? WRONG!!! If you level up Lucifer enough it gains the passive ability "Victory Cry" which heals ALL HP AND SP after a battle is over! So you can basically run around killing everything with no problem or draw back! The only thing that really gets in this moves way is the final boss that has multiple forms you have to defeat, so you cant just use the move and be done with it cause it'll just come back in a different form and Victory Cry doesn't activate till the fight ends but even still its a pushover with the other moves these two posses!! It also doesn't help that they stay with you in new game plus!! And holy shit did I abuse the fuck out of this when I first played!!!
Ha. Ha ha. HAAHAHAHAHAHA, oh that's ADORABLE. You obviously haven't played Persona 2: Eternal Punishment. In this one, there's a mechanic known as Fusion Spells. Basically, if you have your party members cast certain spells in the right order, instead of attacking individually, they'll team up and, for the cost of their respective turns, cast a spell MUCH more powerful than the spells used to create the attack. The first one you can do in the game can be accessed before the first boss. By having your party members cast a Fire, Water and Earth spell (I don't remember the exact order), you can trigger the Fusion Spell Stone Rise, which is powerful enough to ONE-SHOT the first boss. Through some very complex methods, you can get Personas with the spells Alpha Blaster and Omega Cluster. If you combine these two attacks, it results in the Fusion Spell Armageddon. This Fusion Spell is an unblockable INSTANT KILL to any and all enemies. It even works on the final boss. There is only ONE enemy in the game that can survive it, and that's the boss of the special bonus dungeon. (If you try to use Armageddon on him, not only will you find that he's IMMUNE to it, he then counters with Armageddon R, which is, unsurprisingly, and unavoidable instant Total Party-Kill.)
y'all both not wrong tbh it shouldn't be that easy in a persona game to do that but also let's not forget persona 4 golden yoshitsune and trumpeter and masakado's shadow in SMT4
Making Helel and Satan requires an incredulously high level though, and its not that great, I regularly pump out 9999s to the entire field with a well placed Ma-Dyne or the unique tier 4 elemental spells
8:42 Hate to break it to ya, Mr. Minion, but I got TF2 a few days ago and got the Crit-A-Cola from a random drop. So I guess I just got a little lucky, I deserve a break

16:26 First off, thank you for including Symmetra here. Second, she then got immediately buffed on console. Blizzard PLEASE. Speaking of which, Fawful, did you consider slow effects? Or did you just consider that to be a stun of lesser caliber? (Personally, Slows are so frustrating. Mobility is so crucial, and then you just... Can't move. Ugh XD)
You mean... *music starts playing* "OH! Short fat Plumber toured the world, riding on a Yoshi. Grabbed a feather, grew a cape and..." *disk scratch* "That is F**king BullSh*t"- Fafuls minion Yea, thats stuck in my head...
When I think of Overpowered things in games, I usually point to a few things, but I'll talk about three from some games I love. Pac Man World for the Playstation is a game with major shifting difficultys in some areas, but the butt bounce will save you a plenty of trouble. In the later games, it's just a Mario ground pound that recoils you back in the air for seconds if you want, but in the first game it can be a god send ability. Not only do you go higher when you butt bounce, the game devs didn't have any consequence for butt bouncing on amy platform that isn't at a 90° angle. Once you find out that background terrain is treated like your normal level terrain you can skip many segments like the wall jumping from Super Metroid (although it's a bit more limited). The Oddworld series has about 4 games, 5 if you count the remake New & Tasty. 3 of those star a character named Abe. A Mudoken that seems like the next Lester the Lickly in terms of weakness, but there are things to balance his very big weaknesses. His strengths are uber levels, like his enchant, which allows you to control many, many things and solve many puzzles. Abe's Oddysee controld it fine, but Abe's Exodus is where things get overpowered. In the last game only Sligs could be controlled by chanting, but in Exodus you can almost everything. Sligs, Glukkons, Paramites, Scrabs you name it. Even your explosive farts can be used to your sadistic will. The game does recognize it's power and controls it the best it can, but when you're given the chance, you'd be a dunce to charge ahead instead of annihilating everything to make your trip a sip o ice tea. Crash Bandicoot, or as it's better known as Cash Banooca. It has powerups like most Platformers, and it involves a mask that goes "Bodabaga!" Alls well as getting one box gets you an extra hitpoint. Another mask equals another hitpoint. Standard but when you get three masks without losing one that's when you'll get the true power. Most invincibility powerups last about 10-20 seconds and are usually rare, far apart or both. Crash on the other hand gets 30 bloody seconds of "get the hell out of my sight" while getting a kickass drum beat to it. Not only that, but you'll be given multiple chances of free masks, so enjoy your free trip down the yellow brick river, where a madman wants you to collect crystals. The only reason it's like this is probably that since it's hard not to get hit or probably die in the game you deserve 30 secs of free level.
I loved the list, but I feel that I should add some itens to it (of course, it's an opinion, so feel free to comment about it): -Unkempt Harold, from Borderlands 2: it fires 7 explosives, very high damaging bullets (14 in the double penetrating version), it has a very large magazine pool (due to the fact that it is a pistol) and it can kill anything, since enemies with explosive resistance are rare. Also, it's very easy to farm it. -Great Scythe, Dark Souls: it has good base damage and scaling and can be acquired in the beginning of the game if you are bold enough to go to the Catacombs. Due to its moveset and thrust damage, it's one of the best boss-killing weapons in the game. -Auto-Snipers, CS:GO: yes, the AWP is stronger than the two of them, but it's leaves you open after the shot and it has very high moving accuracy, making it hard to master it. The autos just fire 2 body-shots bullets at a rate of fire equivalent to some pistols. Also, their recoil is very low and it has a potent zoom. Their only downside is their price. -Trip-wire arrows, Bioshock: they are not the most useful ammo type for killing basic Splicers, but they can make short work of any Big-Daddy that you'll find after you acquire them. Just set a bunch of them across some walls and shoot the big guy. He will die in an instant. Hot-Rod, Rush 2: Most of the cars in the game are divided in two categories: high speed/low control, making them hard to drive; low speed/high control, making them uselles at straight lines and high difficulty races. However, the Hot-Rod has very high speed/very high control, making it perfect for racing. Also, it only required 6 keys to unlock it, which is way more viable than the Prototype and Formula. D6, The Binding of Isaac (Vanilla, Rebirth, Afferbirth and Afferbirth+): a game changing item unlocked by beating ??? with Isaac, it has the ability to transform unwanted items into others items. While it has a large charge time (6 rooms), it can nullify bad luck if you use it correctly. Butter Bean into Cricket's Head, Sister Maggy into Brimstome, you name it. Also, after you unlock it, it'll become Isaac' starting item.
FE Awakening's Second Seal. Intended use: Provide characters with options for new skills and classes. Actual use: ENDLESS LEVEL GRINDING TO MAKE EVERYONE GOD TIER!!
Everyone be like "MEGA RAYQUAZA" Okay, hear me out: Mega Rayquaza is one INCREDIBLY POWERFUL POKEMON Psychic in GEN 1 was essentially *MAKING ANYONE WHO HAD THE TYPE MEGA RAYQUAZA* Yes, it was that bad
Super Metroid's wall jump was No. 1? The only reason I haven't beaten that damn game was because I couldn't figure out how to do it in the first place! I'M LOOKING AT YOU, BUBBLE ROOM IN UPPER NORFAIR.
The other day, I was playing against someone using the Crit-A-Cola on a random server in TF2, and every time he killed someone, he chat spammed "Skill in a can".
These videos recently made me cave in to get TF2... He's not wrong... Crit-a-cola is amazingly stupid levels of powerful! Pair it with the SodaPopper and you got yourself a DreamTeam of Mario&Luigi standards! at least that's my opinion.. 😊
The most overpowered thing in a video game I've ever played? Well, here are a few of them: - Red Bull X1 from the Gran Turismo franchise. That thing ignores EVERYTHING in the racing rule-book and just creates a monster on wheels! Only problem is that it is difficult as FUCK to get the hang of! - Sap of the Ancients from Skylanders: Battlecast. This card is just BROKEN! A +50 power boost to ANY Skylander, plus a free draw of one of their character cards that costs NO crystals! The only drawback is that it costs a whopping 8, but that's hardly enough of a setback! - The Mercedes-Benz F1 team- oh wait, that's not a video game. (Still, something NEEDS to be done about this!) - Stone Ability in the 3DS Kirby games (haven't played Return to Dreamland so I don't know about it there). They buffed the living heck out of it so that it can be effective in combat AND negate all damage at all times! - The Bouncer from the Ratchet and Clank franchise. Cheap as a single grain of rice BUT more powerful in effect than the R.Y.N.O. series... WHY?!
Stone in Kirby's Return To Dreamland is OP, but was Hammer, Leaf, Fighter, Water, Cutter, Spark, and Parasol. Hammer more is universally broken because up+attack is STILL stupidly powerful, even though it has had its damage significantly nerfed (check out Hammer in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror where it did +30% to most bosses). Archer is more practical in combat because fully charged shots deal damage similar to hammer up+b but at a much safer distance, negating much risk. Beetle has more invincibility frames and great mobility, giving Kirby too many advantages positions and damage (not as much damage as hammer). Leaf is busted, although the damage nerf hurt it in the 3DS titles, it's enough to finish the job and Leaf cover negates any type of skill.
Riiiiiiiiiight. I still stand by my opinion that Hammer in The Amazing Mirror is the most broken ability in the series. While Master is by FAR the better ability, you obtaining it near the end of the game hurts it significantly.
This comment is now 5 years old, and it’s funnier now because I’m officially in the TF2 fandom now. 7:43 "Letting little Jeremy guzzle down some radioactive Pepsi knockoff isn't what I would call ideal parenting, SPY!" R.I.P. Died laughing at a Fawful's Minion video. Who woulda thunk.
Another great video! Btw I love how you use intertextual references. Always a blast to listen to. Oh, and adding to #10: it also one-shots almost every enemy, even those the Fire Flower, something that's meant to be offensive, cannot even harm. The mobility power-up outclasses the offense weapon in its own game. Talk about stealing thunder :(
side effects of "skill in a can" include the following: receiving more pain, loss of strength, loss of speed, and he being a skull over your head. huh, that is good to know after 8 seconds.
I just clicked on this out of nowhere because I don't think I've seen a non-specific overpowered list. I gotta say, you put a lot of thought into this, and I have to agree with all of it! You just got a sub from me!
Someday I really need to start doing the sneak stuff in Skyrim. I've always gone...basically a berserker any time I play, so I've never leveled up my sneak or spent anything on upgrading it.

Dear god, your stuff is god tier now.
As a person trying to dodge Switch spoilers, thank you for this video
16:32-16:40 But what if Rabbidluigi's buttery voice is telling you to pick the empty briefcase?!
The mask in Crash Bandicoot is named Aku Aku, and he only lasts about 20 seconds.
It's worth the wait to watch our videos, the quality is amazing. Keep up the good work man
I like the super metroid wall jumps, but honestly I was never good at it. I always though screw attack was more op.
"Unless your this pair of Eskimofo's." You always find a way to entertain me Logan.
Don"t do Goldeneye kids otherwise your be facing Odd job pretty soon.
10:45 I feel like there's only 10 people including myself that know where this OST is from.
13:37 *THAT* made me laugh 😂
0:54 - Whoa, wait; was that PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES footage in MY Fawful's Minion?
*[sniff]* It's beautiful... I-I never thought I'd see the day...
let's have a stun rave so we can get Logan branded cheese
I loved the list, but I feel that I should add some itens to it (of course, it's an opinion, so feel free to comment about it):
-Unkempt Harold, from Borderlands 2: it fires 7 explosives, very high damaging bullets (14 in the double penetrating version), it has a very large magazine pool (due to the fact that it is a pistol) and it can kill anything, since enemies with explosive resistance are rare.
Where's Archer?

4:14 That squeal of delight though... XD
Super Metroid's wall jump was No. 1? The only reason I haven't beaten that damn game was because I couldn't figure out how to do it in the first place! I'M LOOKING AT YOU, BUBBLE ROOM IN UPPER NORFAIR.
Dude, I can't do that jump either. I just Bomb-Jumped my way up there.
That doesn't change that it's stupidly broken.
The other day, I was playing against someone using the Crit-A-Cola on a random server in TF2, and every time he killed someone, he chat spammed "Skill in a can".
I like the intro man
Seeing that SA2 clip with the time freeze reminded me of the time I watched Daniel and Midbus play SA2 multiplayer

*S N E A K 100*
1:37 It's just the fact that you put up footage of the remastered one.
These videos recently made me cave in to get TF2...
He's not wrong... Crit-a-cola is amazingly stupid levels of powerful!
Pair it with the SodaPopper and you got yourself a DreamTeam of Mario&Luigi standards!
at least that's my opinion.. 😊
When we got to #2, I thought it would either be master balls or Whitney’s Miltank.
Wait you like terraria?! Why have you never said so Logan?! I love terraria!
I almost spit out my soda
*_THANKS A LOT FAWFUL'S MINION_*
I just hate how you make such good countdowns, but get little recognition for it.
Amazing work, Fawful! I loved the animated segment at the beginning, as well. Very well done!
me at 19:15 : patches the pirate?
yoshiha12 Heh, greetings. WHO GOES THAR I'M IN CHARGE
EYE'M IN CHAAARRGE NOW!
I'm the captain now
3:27 When I first saw the thumbnail, I immediately thought of this.
The most overpowered thing in a video game I've ever played? Well, here are a few of them:
- Red Bull X1 from the Gran Turismo franchise.
(Still, something NEEDS to be done about this!)
- Stone Ability in the 3DS Kirby games (haven't played Return to Dreamland so I don't know about it there).
Titanicgamerdude not to mention Archer Kirby can be invincible by simply holding down!

Talk about stealing thunder :(
TERRARIA MUSIC! I LOVE TERRARIA
I love this style of counting down anything overpowered from any game. More countdown channels should do this.
HOW THE FUCK DID THIS GUY NOT GET OVER 20 BILLION SUBS YET?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!~?!?~!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?>!
We ask ourselves that every day
Fant0Zer0 😐 i have no clue but
Fant0Zer0 not that many people exist.
1 person can have more acounts XD
Not frequent enough uploads. If you wanna get anywhere on this platform you need to reconsider the balance of quality vs quantity.
Nice to see you put out your annual video. Great as always

Love your countdowns, Logan! I always go back to them when I need a good laugh. Like, playing luigi's mansion again, eh?
Glad to see you're back, Logan. Welp, see you in the next list, in December!
side effects of "skill in a can" include the following: receiving more pain, loss of strength, loss of speed, and he being a skull over your head.
huh, that is good to know after 8 seconds.
Good to hear you again. I really enjoyed this and I really enjoy your content.
What an awesome video Logan, you must be very proud of this one
7:43 I love the SPY part
MikeTheGamerGuy same
You know, I never really thought of stuns as OP, but you sir have managed to convince me otherwise. Screw stuns!
*I JUST LOOOOVE YOUR SARCASTIC VOICE THAT'S WHAT KEEPS ME ENTERTAINED MORE THAN ANY OTHER RUclipsR*
I just clicked on this out of nowhere because I don't think I've seen a non-specific overpowered list. I gotta say, you put a lot of thought into this, and I have to agree with all of it! You just got a sub from me!
6:26 that thing is a bell? I thought it was flan.
Someday I really need to start doing the sneak stuff in Skyrim. I've always gone...basically a berserker any time I play, so I've never leveled up my sneak or spent anything on upgrading it.
