I'm a proud Vietnam/Draft resistor. I'll say to this man what I say to American vets. You did not belong in Vietnam. It was not your fight. It was an Asian civil war for independence after a long era of colonization. Vietnam did nothing to the US or Australia. All of you were essentially invaders and aggressors in a country you had no legitimate right or reason to be. The war had NO effect on America's security and freedom. That holds the same for Australia. We lost the war and we were all still left standing. The one thing it did do to America is cause an incredible loss of men and treasure....as well as almost tear America apart for years.
The U.S is the invader but China and North Korea were not? Who was the invader when the south Vietnam didn't attack the north, but the north of communists did everything, murder everyone they could to invade and rob the south?
Thank you for your service and for sharing your story .
Thanks for your service. Proud to be a fellow Vietnam vet. Thanks for working with our fellow vets.

Thanks for fighting for the freedom of Vietnamese. We failed, but at least the Vietnamese knew the definition of freedom.
