The thing about AD sion in this match up is that vlad gets HP from AP and has a pool that can dodge half your damage so if you don't one shot him he will one shot you
meanwhile with tank you buy 1 mr item, get grevious wounds and just stand there spamming abilities as vlad slowly dies

The one broken thing about Sion is hiw Q's hitbox. Or rather its misleading since you'd think your feet or most of your body would have to be inside for it to hit you. But as long as the tiniest bit of your pinky finger is close to the outer rim of the indicator, it will hit you D:
