    Thanks for the videos. Very well explained. I suggest o you can give this presentation with a board with diagram and illustration. However its quite convincing.

    Dear, please throw light on this issue- Purchased a plot of land of equal size by two persons. One is getting main road but I have no road. Entire land is open land surrounded by others property. The main road enjoyed by 1st person is nearest to my land. The 1st person is not giving road to me. His contention is that, if he spares road to me, he would lose one portion of his land. What to do now? please inform me.

    Dear sir mera ghar 2002 me banna start hua par samne ki jamin kisi or ka tha..pr dusmani keliyen ek Aadmi ne ushe jamin ko kharid liya par chalne keliyen 9feet chaura or 25 feet lamba rasta diya…par ab o 19-20 year baad dhamki de raha hai to kya karna chahiyen??

    I am giving my land for rent for industry,
    Developer company is taking neighbouring land ,
    My land is facing main road
    Developer will make roads to neighbouring lands
    After lease period is there any problem that neighbouring land owners ask for road as these many years used in lease period?
    If yes what mode of easement documents do I make and keep with neighbouring land owners?
    I am in full confusion

    If My residence become difficult for my vehicle to enter in my residence due to encroachment by my neighbors. in that such case ,can apply this easement Act.
    Any suggestions please more..
    Even in the land alloted paper it has been that approach road.but they are not ready for this ...
    Before going for court just wanna ask you.

    Govt land jis pr govt ne 1985 me bricks soling kraya tha or ye rasta 50 saal se upar ka lekin usne hmlogo ko jane se rok diya hai lagbhag ek saal se aane jaane me bahot pareshani hmlog ek patli gali se jate h hmlog k ghr wo four wheelar nhi aane deta baki sbke yaha four wheelar jata hai hmlog kya kre rasta sirf mera hi roka gya baki 4 ghr hai unka nhi

    I am a village living person. I am now 42 yrs old. The way , which has been used by me is now blocked partially by the two owner of both sides of way, one has built a room and another one has fenced with tin. Now the way become narrower (2.5 feet) than before (like7 feet ). Now what to do?

    Hi Sir ,as per necessity of Easement Act.I am entitled to used vechile on servient heritage land? To enjoy my beneficial use property of mine ? As my dad is paralyse he cannot walk to use my beneficial land .so in that case can I use vechile on servent heritage land to enjoy my property ( by right of way)
