No chiropractor has put me through any type of evaluation like this. One would think it would be a standard practice.
    Thanks for posting the videos.

Hello Dr Johnson!! I'm a huge admirer of your adjusting style and believe I have a great suggestion for a future video... How would you go about adjusting a patient who has a reverse curve in their cervical spine?? I've had neck pain for my entire life, and recently found out that I have this condition, and the doctor informed me I most likely have had it since childbirth.

when you do this does it actually fix the disc or does it just relieve the nerve from being pinched

I am so glad I came across this video. I have a herniated L5 S1. I have an appointment on Feb 12, 2018. My doctor said my only option is surgery. I decided to take a trip to Houston before accepting surgery. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Johnson.

Anything for Achilles tendonitis?! Im a dancer who practices 15+ hours a week and my chiropractor just told me to rest... There has to be something else.. ? I just graduated and am working 36 hours a week getting ready for college. No time for rest! Haha. Any stretches, exercises, ice or heat? What's best? Thanks:)

There are a few factors in treating sciatica at home. One place I discovered that successfully combines these is the Barneys Back Aid (check it out on google) without a doubt the most incredible plan that I have ever seen. look at the incredible info .

I just need some advice I have been suffering with low back pain and sciatica for 9 months now and been visiting many different physiotherapists and chiropractors here in London but with no help. It all happened when I was in the gym doing the clean and jerk exercise with bad posture. My back was curved while I was lifting the next day I couldn't move my back it was inflamed. However after a week since the injury I am getting nerve pain in my feet which moves around side to side. Also I hear clicking sounds in my lower back and seems very stiff. I sometimes hear a clunking sound where my SI joint is. I don't know what to do anymore. I was wondering if you can have a look at my x-rays and tell me what you can see or even show someone who can help me out. Maybe I just need to realign something? Maybe I need subluxation to my lower back and SI joints to get rid of the pain? I went to one back clinic which told me I had Trapped nerves at L4, L5 with mild compression at L4 + L5 discs with associated muscle spasm in low back + buttocks. I'm just in so much pain I don't know what to do anymore.

I have spondalothesis l4 l5 , bilateral pars defect. And l5/s1 disc herniation..None of the CT scan or the MRI reports state the severity or the actual conditions. seems they can t pick out a herniated disc or think spondalo is ok and does not cause pain. until after not giving up because I know if I cant stand up straight or walk some days there is a real problem, and the repots were just brushing off my extreme pain to my doctor, I was referred to DR Kurmar in Regina Canada and he picked out all the things I knew I had and then some and said I need the lamemctomy and discectomy and a inter body cage and spinal fusion with bone grafting. I dont want surgery of course but I need my life back.and am willing to do anything .The herniated disc makes most of my pain and I am wondering if there is a way to decompress it with out surgery and see how I feel.
I used to go to the gym allot and would stretch my hamstrings and gluteus very thoroughly thinking that was going to help.Your oppinion
