Doesn't the device's manual clearly state that the device must not be left unused? It must be used at least every 6 months by fully charging it. So if you've let it sit for 2 years without doing anything to it then I think it's dead. You should always read the instructions for use! I hope for the best, but I fear the worst!
@@MR-ub6sq There is no mention anywhere on the outside packaging that the unit should be used every six months, and obviously if its stored for emergencies, then why would I open it up to read about it?
@@artyinticus7149 If your ideology is to keep everything you buy for an emergency unopened until you have "the emergency you dread", how can you make use of a device you haven't even learned how to use in advance? And because sometimes defective devices are inevitably delivered - do you think you're smart to remain ignorant of whether it works or not... When then when you have a real emergency and need - you realize that the device doesn't work - and therefore your purchase was completely pointless - or even harmful? I recommend changing the ideology to such that it is important to take care of important things right away, and not postpone them until the last moment. I argue that it is wisdom. But it is your problem - not others, if you do what you do :)
Bought a delta through amazon to miami then shipped it to the caribbean. Charging with 2 100w solar panels an worked great until now. Says battery overload. Still discharges but not charging. I dont kno what to do 🤯
I have the Same Problem, I left it plugged into my WIFI router as a power back up, setting the unit next to my desk. Took it out to cycle the battery (drain and recharge) and the unit will not power on. Just reached out to EcoFlow Customer Service and their auto response was that "Due to High Customer Service Demand" they will respond once sending their requested information, which I did. I am the original purchaser, with all documentation, lets see how they respond. Too bad about this unit, I had such high hopes, thought I found a portable Battery Generator I could rely on and get many years of use.
Exact same problem THREE TIMES (original plus two warranty exchanges). Each unit fails after aprox 8 months, just using as a UPS not actually draining the battery. I am going to demand a refund this time.

I came here looking for help because my Delta 1300W unit is doing the same thing. I bought mine in Oct 2021. I'm guessing the batteries they used are poor quality. It is interesting too that they stopped selling these and moved to the Ultra. Wondering if there was a known issue with the Delta1300W so they updated the design.
I had 4 different ecoflow river units do the same thing. Ecoflow replaced with refurbished. All had bad battery. I would sugest lifepo4 batteries next time
Same thing happened to my unit. Same unit. They sent me another one guess what it happened again! I just file another complaint. I will let you know how they respond and resolve.

I’m having the same issue. Pretty upset to say the least saying how expensive these are and it’s only been used a maximum 12 times last fall to run a 400watt window ac unit. It should still be under warranty but now I’m worried even about that since many say even the replacements fail.

Mine is doing the same as well but now I’m out of the warranty date because I’ve had it over a year and when I contact them by phone it’s like the number is disconnected. Very disappointing
I had this problem with mine. I kept my deep freezer plugged into it. Turned out somehow it was at 0%, though it remained plugged into the wall outlet. I unplugged it, let it sit for a few minutes, plugged it back into the wall outlet, the fan kicked on and so I plugged a few items into the battery while it was charging and it started working properly. After it charges completely I will leave it unplugged until its needed. Hope this works for yours.

Mine is doing the same thing, and I have never even used it yet. I bought it for emergencies almost 2 yrs ago.
Mine still works since they sent a replacement. If this one goes out and out of warranty I will get the jackery seem to have better reviews
