Bernstein needs to re-evaluate whether he should be a judge. Maybe take a few philosophy classes, I don't know...But that statement showed that his purpose of being a judge is waaaayyyyyyy off....
As a Michigander who voted for Bernstein I'm abhorred by his conduct. To suggest he was "disgusted" by Martels position of such little prominent power shows zero empathy. It's a reflection surely of his privilege as a Bernstein and a fundamental disregard for unwarranted discrimination faced that he himself as the 1st blind state Supreme Justice should appreciate. I'll be sure to tell him how I feel when he's due for reelection. I encourage others to do the same.
