I agree. Bonvoyage feels like the culmination of everything that's come before and then elevated. They just keep getting better and I can't wait to see what they do next. You should definitely check out the rest of the EP. Like all DC albums the b-sides are amazing.
If nothing else, please react to Propose from this album. That song is probably some of their strongest vocal performance from the entire discography and skyrocketed into top 5 all favorite of many of us. The whole album is under 15min and a masterpiece.
2:00 I have similar thoughts; I feel like it combines the best parts of some of their previous releases, especially Fly High and Deja Vu, yet it still sounds fresh. We get yet another side of Dreamcacther's signature sound. Also just like in Deja Vu, they don't force Dami to have rap parts. Instead, we get to hear her sing more and in the seconds verse it's more like a spoken singing than rapping. After hearing the song I understand why some members said this is their favorite title track so far and i agree wholeheartedly. The video production changed quite drastically for the better and it's so soo sooo amazing! Especially the close-up shots.
