Extremely productive discussion ma'am 😇 To be very honest, the 35 y/o banker made me see AML in the CECT and I didn't even bother ruling out the other options 🙈
I marked MRI as gold standard in case of myocarditis after thinking the same logic, because we can't do biopsy on regular basis to confirm myocarditis practically, there was another option that is BNP
Ma'am that image was Not exactly A or B....it was a small circular loop....looked like transverse colon has herniated.... plus mild symptoms....so our heart also said Morgagni!!
@@drzainabvora Mam I guess. The modality was CT thats for sure. And there was contrast in the Kidneys thats sure. But like you always say, the first thing we check was aorta in every cut. It was hypodense. I rechecked. It was kidney specific dye.
@@drzainabvora all the slices were of the kidney. but timed differently. In the first few slices there was no contrast. Then in the middle few only kidney were hyperdense. But no hyperdensity in any major vessels on any cut. Neither aorta, nor IVC.
Right. That means it was CT urography probably. But still the answer is CT only. When we say dye study, or contrast study, in general, it means a fluoroscopy evaluation with contrast like gastrograffin enema
First there should be a exam conducted to find who is eligible to be a examiner...
Most reliable discussion and approx same to same questions.. hatsoff to u mam..
Thank you ma'am
At 41:59 the question specified that the kid did NOT have vomiting.. can it still be volvulus??
Unlikely. But partially obstructive volvulus is also there which may not present with acute obstructive features
Yes mam,the scenario dint look like an emergency, over some months ka history with intermittent pain
Option was cholecystectomy on a semi-urgent basis
Still not the appropriate answer

Mam in last qtn lacunar infarct was written
Mam it was having boot shaped ❤️
As..echo lagake aa gaya
Mam in the CT image kidneys were clearly white. I rechecked myself. It was a CT urography in Nephrogram phase.
Means it was a CECT. Of the given options, answer still remains CT right
@zainab mam.. mam then the better answer becomes a contrast study??

Grateful ☺🙏
Happy Guru Poornima maam
Anyone who's know about that plz tell me
that bronchoscopy question was constrictive pericarditis with calcification the option was pericardial stripping(open the thorax and look)
Ma'am According to scenarios...IOC should change na...Gold Standard should remain the same only!!(Myocarditis question)
That's true..Just the otherwise unnecessary statement, "in the current scenario" is slightly confusing. Otherwise it's biopsy for sure
The options included was BNP mam not biopsy.
Options were ECHO , BNP, MRI, D-DIMER.
