It's quite like how Berserk's 1997 anime adaptation butchered the Black Swordsman arc but we don't get the Golden Age adaptation to make up for it and gets worse.
Tokyo Ghoul is just one of my favourite Ani..... I mean manga coz nothing makes sense in anime after season 1 but dam the anime peaked in last episode. (Btw Re 2 is amazing for being the worst adaptation in my opinion)
@@eve_______ alright thats just not true lmao. (i haven't finished it yet but I don't see it being anywhere near berserk unless it gets a huge jump in quality later on. even if the story was somehow better, berserk would still be the better manga because of its 11/10 art)
@@Notme-255true but I'm talking in general, let's say you are a anime only viewer, then you got a manga reader come over and tries spoiling it when you haven't got to a certain part yet. Those are who I mean when issues arise

The construction accident wasn't an accident and she wasn't killed too. It was Furuta/Souta who caused the beams to fall on her. Kaneki was just so happen to be in the crossfire at that moment. If I remember correctly Furuta did to stop her and to make sure Rize wouldn't have any children. Also to give her body to Kanou for his ghoulification experiment and Kaneki was the first prototype by transplanting Rize's Kakuhou into Kaneki. Rize was kept alive to use for experiments and take organs and parts from her for more of the human transplant experiments. Near the end of Tokyo Ghoul Kaneki found what was left of Rize and mercy killed her. I knew that and I only watched the anime. Yes I know sometimes anime don't do page for page and line for line of mangas. Same goes for American and Western Countries comics to cartoons and/or movies but that's how it goes. So I don't see any issues here. Only issues I have with some of the manga and anime community is as fallowed. There's the manga only readers that trash on the people who only watch the anime by saying stuff like the anime is trash because it didn't stick with 100% of the manga. Also how they pretty much spoil an entire anime series to the people who only watch anime before an anime is released. Than you got those joke of "sub only" purist that think they levitate above the rest of the anime community just because someone watches dubbed anime. Than you got these new aged teenybopper main stream anime fans that started popping up out of the woodwork like 10-15 years ago like anime was a new fad and trend and think they're better than people like me who has been watching anime since the late 80s and on back

re 2 may be the worst adaptation, but it is the single best speedrun i have seen.
they even lowered the art quality to make it run smoother!!
@@randompolygon8401 when you run the game on the lowest quality to get them 20 frames.
Like manga is lowkey so fire that arguably better than Berserk, Vagabond, Vinland Saga. Arguably tho

Watch gigguk's "best anime of 2021"
Yes manga is better........until you run into those people that like spoiling it for the anime watchers, then issues arise
This is true
I mean you can't really spoil Tokyo Ghoul when 90% of the manga was cut out of the anime
