With this item you will do damage to enemy champions near you every 7 seconds and heal 250% of that damage. This seems like it would be phenomenal with Twitch's Q move, where you stealth next to them to slowly burn them every 7 seconds. A fantastic item for Tank Twitch! I cannot wait to see you experiment with it!
