Hi iam using Brother HL 1111 printer. Iam facing issue is paper jam.. Paper getting jam always. Can u tell me the solution?

Is this video related to PAPER JAM? Because my printer getting PAPER JAM. paper not giving output. After paper jam I opened toner cap and removed jamed paper from toner catridge. I could see printed area but it's getting errase.

just you need to clean the pickup roller
