That is a FINE SPECIMEN of a boerboel!! I can tell how he's running, rolling and playing at the end of this video that he's very healthy, athletic and happy . Fine job my brother! Checking your dogs and videos out all the way down in Louisiana.
I just want to correct. There is of course a few numbers of "fine specimens" of EVERY kind of animal. But with Dogs & humans it is more and mostly about the relationship between the two rather than the lucky chance of DNA.
This is dope my brother 💯 living the fine life with your son and big bad well behaved boerboel this is what life is all about for us to honor him, love our families and kick it with our dogs 🐕 both animal and human 🤣🙏🏾✌🏾🔥🔥🔥
Very beautiful Boerboel , I’ve always been taught to have your dog heal on your left side. That way when you’re walking down the sidewalk, he is between you and any cars passing by just in case someone wants to jump out. I have two gorgeous, female Boerboels at this time a two-year-old female and a 10 month old female. I owned several large guard dog breeds, and I am very impressed with the Boerboel 👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks that does make a lot of sense I appreciate the positive comments most people don’t know how to give an opinion without trying to downplay the next person. Thanks again
He's a VERY goooood boooy! He's very intelligent, observant, loving... Big dogs have more confidence and security. I've never seen a schitzy big dog, but I've seen a bunch of little dogs with all kinds of behavioral and mental problems. I heard rumors of dobermans being weird long ago, but I never saw it. As a kid I made friends with a lot of guard dogs through the fences (then later climbs over to avoid bullies.)

Great job! This is true love man! Teaching your Boerboel the vital skills of obedience and socialization for the best life you could ever offer him. And what a beautiful one.
Really nice, happy dog. Obviously obsessed with the kids and family as they are best known for amazing temperament. Reinforcing the basics is essential for their confidence and yours. We need well socialised and sensible Boerboel representatives to remove from the potential for misuse and abuse. Family dogs who need to be around the family and given stimulation and praise to bond effectively.
I been looking at this breed you got a beautiful dog fam. He definitely 200+ biggest one I done seen. Well trained good socialization skills with kid and traffic salute to yo training 🫡💯

Yes .! What an example of a well proportioned active boerboel with correct markings. No hollow or roach back.. .love him & his temperament. Had one almost exactly the same..
Really good, down to earth relationship required for these SA guard dogs (and all other dogs). Make special note of his reaction to the other dog barking in the distance: ruclips.net/video/SoQCvrqnT_w/видео.html No nervousness whatsoever. Perfectly stable.
you are a good trainer that is for sure but while training itself was good I don't like that you put the dog in the cage afterwards. at less its a full kennel with many dogs. but if you are private person you should not be keeping dogs in cages even if its a large one with some room to maneuver like this one.
I hear you but like I say in most my video’s I do what works for me and my dog I just share a little information here and there that could help the next person
I hear first time dog owners should avoid a boerboel. Then I hear it depends on how they’re trained from young. What’s your take on that? I’m a first timer and I’m seriously considering this dog.
It can be done you just have to be firm with you dog give them rules and boundaries like you would a kid that’s how I raise mine. They know not to jump on people they stay in they’re kennels till told to get out just things to make our life together a little more better
Oh last last things, here’s some positives: these dogs will guard you against anything, they are seemingly dopey but a very intelligent dog (so any command is teachable), they are a mans dog, this is a weird positive but as your a man when and if you tame this dog it’s like having a loaded gun in your pocket, though you should never think of your boerboel like one, truthfully it always feels like this when I’m out and it feels pretty fucking cool. Just trying to give you the total no bullshit truth✌️
I want every one who is watching this video pay close attention this dog is train very well,he’s very large and strong, this breed is known to disobey it’s owners, yet you don’t see any of this in this video, this dog is trying to please his owner at every command looking up at him even if he’s not saying any thing, he’s waiting for eye contact or and hand movement face expression he the dog is waiting, watching for his leader next move, in that way he the owner can take this big strong powerful dog anywhere with out a leash, and the dog is more happy because he run free from time to time because of that great training, and not get in trouble or get hit by a vehicle, this so important. Thanks

Just can’t have them eating and drinking all day it has to be timed and outside time you just got to bond with your dog and know what they can do and just read them
His advice is wrong. Crate train your dog. Give them a midday sleep in it. Make sure you never punish it with the crate, that’s it’s den. They eventually just go in it because they feel safe in there. And if your dog shit while your around (so not nighttime or when your away) then sht bro your dog just doesn’t respect you. 7 months ago so hope you figured it out.

He was purchased here in ohio
He keeps cutting your path as way of leading/controlling you. Your not in control if your off leash walk.

He sure isn’t ready for off leash yet! That’s actually a very sloppy training.
