ZauberCMS Progress Update One (A .Net Blazor CMS Proof Of Concept heavily inspired by Umbraco)

Remember this is just a proof of concept, I am trying to get this working end to end, where the proof of concept will be considered complete when I build my personal site using the CMS. At that point I will open source the code as well.
