Hi everyone! So I thought I would bring to you an update video as it’s been a while since I have been consistent and sat down to talk properly on here. I hope this video brings some awareness in regards to the importance of cervical smear tests and your health in general. I also touched upon my underactive thyroid and a few other things so I hope this can help some of you at least and gives some insight. These topics have only been mentioned a little bit so I’d like to create more in depth content on these specific topics soon as I truly believe they are so important!
