Mam, Wife has filled judicial separation case in Jan 2020.
I came to know from other sources about case filled by wife. So myself appears in court in march 2021 and accept petition filled by wife. I submitted w/s and counter claim of divorce in may 2021.
Total 7 hearing done from the date of petition filled by wife and 3 hearing done after submitting my w/s & Counter claim.
Can I get decree of divorce in my favour under Order 8 Rule 10?

Ma'am counter claim ka example thoda galat ni tha agar ajay limitation act ka section 25 lagaa de to ki me to 20 year se upar ees ghar me rah rahaa hu without any consideration fir dijay ka besak ghar h or wahaa nhi rhta par ajay 20 year se jada rah rha h to ghar to ajay ka ho gya ismw counter claim chalega ?

प्लीज बताएं।
एक किरायेदार जिसने मकान मालिक से 1 लाख उधार भी ले रखा है, चैक से। अब वो न उधार वापस कर रहा है ना किराया दे रहा है ना जगह खाली कर रहा है।
उल्टा उसने मकान मालिक पर ही permanent injunction का केस कर दिया। जिसमे उसने 1 लाख तो माने लेकिन ये भी बोला के 50 हजार कैश वापस कर दिए।
क्या हम WS में set off और counter claim दोनो फाइल करना चाहिए ?
या कुछ और ?
