Some of these architecture fails make me reconsider studying architecture. I mean it. How do these architects make such big mistakes? How did they graduate architecture school?
These are a mix of architecture fails, construction fails and engineering fails. Most of the time it’s the architect at fault, but it makes me question how the fails have gone through all of the contractors, passed through engineers and council approval and then situated in the builders hands. The builders don’t see anything wrong with it and build it anyways? How?!
I’ve collated over 30 architecture fails for your entertainment. The idea behind this video is not to crap on architects who have had a bad day. It’s to hopefully teach and encourage you to double check your architectural drawings before handing them to the builders. I hope it encourages you to not make these architectural fails and you can learn a thing or two from it.
From inaccessible disabled toilets to penis shaped buildings. These are some of the biggest architecture fails in the world that are ridiculously stupid.

One of our lecturers told us about a house, that when finished, it was discovered that an electrical outlet was built into the shower area. I think if the project manager is not observant or if communication breaks down between the Architect, Engineers, Builders, you get problems.
Oh noo. Definitely need the architect to see their projects the whole way through. I can’t believe that would happen 😮
My favourite was the balcony with no access 😂, i just like the way the balcony was designed, it's kinda cool only problem it's that it doesn't have a door access
I actually really liked it too, it's such a shame!
Maybe the hotel owners put it there so they can say to renters "this is what you could've had if you paid an extra $40 a night." 😂

I worked in housing construction When people hire an architect instead of buying blue prints the problems start Younger contractors would do custom work , the older more experienced ones would buy a lot and build the same one or two houses while listed with a local realator

I never joined college can I be architect
To call yourself an "architect" requires registration which requires an architectural degree. So no, you can't be an architect without schooling. It doesn't mean you can't work on architectural projects at all though, you can do what an architect does as long as you have a registered architect who can sign it off.

i learned long time ago that architects are morons when it comes to screwing up, i have been building houses since 182 when i was 18 years old and some of the things i have seen, 3 foot triangular dips in the roof of a house that when it rains fill with rainwater and there is no place for it to go, and that was one of the simpler ones

i was in building before selling cabinets . I saw a lot I can make a w hour video telling what I saw If I there was You Tube then I could have made some videos Also doing stairs the most I saw go wrong was not enough room for a run of stairs this would happen when some one wanted a certain house scaled down As in making a 3,000 sq ft house 10% or 20% smaller to build it cheaper
