Hi ya Lee and Jodie. Brilliant vlog thank you. Been to Highlands end 3 times now. Fantastic part of the country. However spoilt on the 3rd time tents pitched up opposite us with load music and big mouths. Did spoil it for us so not been back since. That was a very nice walk with a very nice pub. If you get a chance go to another place further down the coast called Beer, even got a little river running down the street. Really enjoyed it guys thank you. ....Pete and Su....
Hi, Highlands end is a great location it's a shame you had a bad experience. We will definitely try the pub recommendation thank you for that. Happy travels 😊
Great effort in doing that walk. I wanted to do it last August and we had driving rain with very strong winds most of the week. That climb up from the campsite looks really steep. Braver than me standing near the edge. The cliff collapsed just before we arrived. Lovely site although I wish the bar stayed open a bit longer at night.
Love the screen cover , aawww baby grass snake . Don’t know about you guys but can’t wait for summer get rid of all that mud . Pubs best place to be ❤x
Hi guys hope you're all keeping well even with the man flu going around 🤣 yeah we love the screen cover looks smart and it was awesome seeing a grass snake as it's been years 😊. This year has just been so wet everywhere is just too muddy so we agree roll on summer ❤️ Looking forward to seeing the Europe vlogs, i bet you can’t wait to get back out there 😊
Looks a nice site and area. We don’t usually do the commercial sites, unless there is a good offer. Like where you can walk from the site. It was a slow worm you saw. Slow worms and grass snakes are not the same.
Hi we try and look for the good deals for sites along being nearby to shops and walks etc. Luckily I covered all bases saying grass snake and slow worm 🤣 but yes there is a difference thank you for pointing it out for me 😊👍 Happy travels 😊
We did the walk in Feb half term, but it was a bit drier than Fantastic views on top of Cap We were Touring wardens at Golden Cap Holiday Park in 2019/2020 so did the walk a few times Great v log 👏
Thank you 😊 One day we will get up there just have to come back when the ground is more forgiving 🤣 it was like a mudslide in some areas 🙃 happy travels 😊
Aww well done guys for getting as far as you did, I would of needed a stretcher back never mind a taxi I was out of breath watching you both 😂😂 will look forward to the next one 😊
Never mind you done well we have been going to bridport for years never been to the golden cap must do it sometime going to Burton Bradstock in August maybe then.
Hello Lee and Jodi, over from your interview on Richbbies Life's Adventures to say hello! Nice to meet you. My channel isn't about van life but we are also micro-campervanners, next trip is 22 nights off-grid to Ireland in June - can't wait!!! Warm wishes from Millionaire Paul :)
Hi Paul nice to meet you too and thank you for popping over 😊 we haven’t ventured to Island yet in the Motorhome however something we will be looking to do in the future so enjoy and safe travels 😊
Hi, it was £35 per night with electric on a gravel pitch however i believe there is cheaper pitches if that suits, The link is in the description for you to check out as it's a great place with amazing views.
I didn’t know there was a 3 peak walk there 😊 I walked to Golden Cap from the NT car park on the way home from the Vanlife Picnic 🚐🐾 such amazing views but so very steep - definitely recommend boots 🥾 am planning to go back at some point as want to explore more
Hi it is amazing around that area and well done for getting up the golden cap. If it’s that steep we would of definitely been sliding down the otherside 🤣🤣
@@lifes4touring it was fabulous and from where u can see the coastline in both directions - I went end August so no slipping involved - just hard steps up and down ☺️🐾 so worth it tho and will definitely go back - maybe to do the three
Great vlog.
Will try highlands soon.
Also saw your map and tracked down it for ourselves and the 3 peak challenge

Thank you Mick it is steep and with all the wet mud that's why we had to call it a day, headed to the pub and chilled for the evening. Happy travels 😊
