I'm so glad that this video has been helpful to so many people! ❤️️ I do want to mention that a couple of medical professionals noted to me in the comments advising against recapping needles. It's possible to poke yourself while recapping it the way I showed, which would be particularly unhygienic and potentially dangerous if you do so and get poked after administering a shot to someone other than yourself. If you still want to recap it though, it's better to use the scoop method where you place the lid on a surface like your countertop and then without a hand on the lid, point the needle into the cap so there's no way you could get poked by it in the process!

A year later, I’m commending to say that I just did my first Lovenox injection and it went great! The instructions were SO sparse. Thank goodness for your video. Thank you again! Officially at 6 weeks and counting ❤️
This made me cry. I'll have to do this during my pregnancy and I've been so nervous about it. This made me feel so much better and I've saved it for when we do conceive. Thank you!
I want to thank you so much for this video. Your voice was so calming and gentle and the fact you talked slowly helped me to calm my nerves. I’m on my 4th shot today and alone, but you gave me more confidence. God bless you and your baby.
I watched this video with my first pregnancy (he’s 19 months now😭) and am now coming across this again while pregnant with my second. Every time I inject myself, I hear your calming voice saying “it’s no big deal!” In my head. Thank you so much for putting me at ease during both pregnancies!
I know this is years later but I want to say thanks. I just did my first injection by myself thanks to you. You gave me confidence. I needed this this pregnancy and you really helped my nerves.
Thank you so much for sharing this video!! I just started the lovenox shots and I watched your video like 3 times to calm myself down. Not as bad as I expected, this video is extremely helpful!
Thank you for your video. I’ve been doing this for a week and still have 6 months to go. After managing to give myself a huge hard bruise yesterday, I’m in tears trying to give myself this shot. The tip about the needle slant up and going in a line was so helpful. Thank you!!
I'm glad this was helpful! I too got a ton of bruises doing this, but I continued to get a little better at it over time and eventually the bruises were very rare! I hope that will be true for you as well. ❤️ Please subscribe to see more videos coming up!
I’ll be starting injections once it arrives. I was terrified today when my doctor said I had to do this myself. While I am still nervous, seeing your video has given me some sense of relief that it isn’t a horrible experience. If anything an annoyance, which I can live with. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video. I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and been on the shot for a month now. I felt so alone but after seeing this video I feel more confident. God bless and once again thank you. ❤
You're welcome! I hope everything goes smoothly for you! ❤️ I'm at it again now, actually. I'll be sharing about it in my next video if you want to subscribe and follow along. 😊
I had saddle pulmonary embolism in 2018 where I was prescribed xarelto for six months. Now I’m about to have a hysterectomy and the doctor is prescribing Lovenox shots once a day for two weeks after surgery to prevent blood clots. I’m so nervous. Thank you for the video, it helped to calm my nerves.
Thank you so much for the video. I now feel I’m not the only one going through this. I’m scare of needle, so it’s not easy giving myself the injection. I’m only 12 weeks and have at least 378 more injections to go for this pregnancy and maybe another 3 months after I give birth. 😭
I feel ya. 😔 You know what else I did that helped? I started looking into the box of shots and as it got emptier each day I would say to myself, "I'm almost another 10 days closer to seeing my baby already!" And when I'd throw away an empty box I'd remind myself that it wasn't so bad, and again how now I was that much closer to seeing my baby. ♥️ It will get easier. *Hugs*
Thank you for this. I am on my 4th pregnancy (one healthy baby boy, two angels in heaven) my ob prescribed me this to help prevent a recurring MC. Praying it helps! Thank you, it’s wonderful to see your big belly ❤️🌈
I give myself Lovenox shots, and I hadn't heard about having the needle pointed up, so thanks! I wanted to point out that the shots don't sting afterwards if you let the alcohol from the wipes dry for about a minute. I actually fan the site (without touching the skin) to dry it quicker.
Thank you for sharing your demonstration on administering Lovenox Injection. I had used your video two years ago, and searched until I found you again. It was a cinch, & you made me very secure & I just wanted to thank you. Last time I was having a Knee Replacement, this time it's for a Hip Replacement...Blessings for sharing your very calming video.
Oh my gosh you calmed me so much. I hated doing it this time. It wasn't painful going in but it stung after wasn't bad at all. Just stung a little.xxxx
Thanks SO much for posting this! Because I got Covid, my OBGYN prescribed these shots but since I was in quarantine, he said to just look up a tutorial online :( This was sooooo helpful!!!!
I’ve done over a month of these shots, talked to two doctors, and NO ONE mentioned the sharps shield! Holy cow. I’ve been recapping (how the nurse showed me, though I know it’s “wrong”) and putting in a empty plastic bottle. Thank you for showing that, and sharing.
Thank you so much for this! I have a fear of needles and having to give myself this shot was so difficult. I tried yesterday in the abdomen and I couldn’t break the skin. Today, on my hip after watching your video was a breeze! ❤❤❤ Thank you! It helped so much!
First person I've watched that talks 100,% truth I'm on these now reguarding needle going in you feel it sometimes it hurts going in sometimes you literally feel it go in but with literally no pain at all but 100% every time you inject you get that stinging burning sensation due to what the liquid actually is you can try to manage it by going slower or faster like you said faster works best for me put the needle in slowly but then press it down fast just gets it over and done and doesn't hurt as much personally but of course everyone's different , I've watched multiple videos before your one and they all said they same lie " it doesn't hurt at all you cant even feel it " and it's not a fair thing to say because people who are watching before taking this injection for the first time will expect no pain to be greeted with that horrible stinging pain so thankyou for being detailed and honest it helps people out alot, alot of people like to play it out and make out " you can't feel a thing " it's an injection of course you can feel it but due to what's in this stuff it stings where as other normal injections like COVID injections ect ect don't sting at all when they inject
Thank you Thank you Thank you. Just had shot number one today at a clinic. Not usually scared of needles but this time I found my self so nervous and was visibly shaking at the sight.I even blocked the nurses hand as she was trying to get it in (I know not cool at all) But my boyfriend and dad to be sent me this video.Atleast seeing someone pregnant gave me hope that its not that big a deal. So shot one down ...376 to go lets do this!
I'm 16 and I had a really big blood clot in my leg so I do twice a day lovenox injections. I've always had the hugest fear of needles. My dad is a type one diabetic so he takes 4-6 insulin shots a day, I remember when he explained to me when i was little why he does that I remember thinking what any 2nd grader would think "I'll never have to have a shot every single day." When my hematologist told us In February would need to do twice a day injections I was terrified and so were my parents. The first few injections were horrible. The needle going in hurt super bad and the lovenox going in stung really bad so I cried super hard after the first few injections. I remember getting nervous hours before the injections. I remember about 12 minutes after one of my night injections in the hospital I was already getting anxious about the next one then the next day about 8 hours before my injection I was already nervous. I thought these next few months were going to be miserable. However, I remember telling my last day nurse about my needle fear and she told me about something called buzzy. It's this little buzzing machine with a small ice pack on the back and she said it's supposed to numb your skin. So I bought one and tried it out. I put it on an injection site 7 minutes before the injection and it has worked so well ever since. With buzzy, I still feel the needle going in but it doesn't hurt. I'm so thankful that nurse told me about buzzy, my anxiety would be so much worse If she hadn't told me. I'm a little over 3 months into my injections and at most it'll be 3 more months but I might be done sooner. My friends plan on making me a lovenox free cake and having a lovenox free party when I'm done
Stephanie thank you so much for sharing this! Maybe you're already all done by now? I'm glad the little buzzy helped you so much! I definitely had a bit of anxiety at the beginning as well, but I took slow, deep breaths to help me stay calm and as I got better at it I found that I didn't need to do that anymore. It's so important to find a good solution though, because our mental wellness surrounding these things is important too.
Thank you so much for this. When I went to pick up my lovenox RX i was so scared. My dr didn’t tell me this was an injection I literally cried at the counter. This really helped me and made me feel better
I'm so sorry you were caught by surprise like that! This was a big thing for me to wrap my mind around doing, so I can only imagine how shocking that must have felt! I'm so glad this helped!
Kayla Baker are you taking the injection once a day or twice and how many mg ? Sorry my doc just told me I have to take it since I’m pregnant but 40 mg daily sounds high plus aspirin on the side
Darlene Gomez I’m taking the injections when I get home I’ll check and comment back. But I found out next week that my paleontologist will probably be upping the dosage
Thank you for your video! I will be starting Lovenox during my next pregnancy due to a history of recurrent miscarriage, and I am very nervous - mostly because I detest needles! I am hoping that since it will be a daily injection, I will get used to it. I may need my husband to do them initially but I hope to be able to do them myself over time.
I'm on clexane injections for the last week of my pregnancy and I'm positive that I won't have to go through that horrible experience again after my C-section. I pray for all mothers and pregnant women out there to safely go through this journey aswell.
Thanks, TH. I was prescribed this after surgery, but had no idea how to use it. No instructions, no diagrams, no website, nothing, and of course it's Saturday so I can't call anyone. I'm familiar with epipens and tried to find a removable pin or something, but couldn't. Finally I remembered the internet and found you showing me exactly how to use this thing. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for sharing this video! It has been extremely helpful! I'm pregnant in 16 weeks and just started my injections and your advice has been just what I needed. I was very anxious, but you gave me courage. Thanks and all the best! :)
This is a great video! Thank you for sharing. Im 7weeks3days and will be starting shots tomorrow. I do have a fear of needles but watching your video helped ease my nerves. Im still scared but I keep telling myself itll all be worth it. Im going to save this video for when I need calm down. You are so brave!
You are awesome! I just arrived home come being in the hospital for 15 days and surviving Covid-19 and am on the blood thinner for the next month 2 times a day. We wasted my first injection not knowing how to give it to me. The second we weren’t sure we did it correctly but after watching your video we realize we did. I love the slow;y tip. My injection sites are all over my stomach. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video. Got my prescription for this today and I'm anxiety striken just thinking about it. But this... I will watch everyday as I do the shots. Thank you.
Aw, good luck Maureen! My experience was that the first one was the hardest, but it will get easier! A pain coping technique I did early on with these shots (and forgot to mention in the video) is slow breathing like in the RUclips video you can find by typing "Penny Simkins breathing". It should be the first one, about the 3 R's and breathing. Slow breathing and a low moan is a really helpful comfort measure during birth, so I tried it to distract and calm myself when I was first getting used to these shots and it was really helpful. I hope that might help as well! ❤️
Thank you for this video! I have a few more years before pregnancy, but I will have to take these shots during pregnancy due to a clotting disorder and a history of blood clots. I’ve been really scared about these shots, but it doesn’t look too bad.
You're welcome! 🙂 Please subscribe to see more videos coming up, I will be making videos about my birth stories and miscarriage experiences that you might want to check out as well. ❤️
I have Factor V Leiden. And my doctor's have all told me I'll be on low-molecular weight heparin during any pregnancies. I am 30 I want a baby but I am so afraid of injectable blood thinners. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come upon it. I am saving this video for the future. 💖
@@TangerineBliss Thank you so much! We were going to start TTC this year but due to COVID we benched those plans as I lost my job. It's the last part of the puzzle before we start trying. I am trying to focus on my fitness in the meantime and I hope once I get a job we have a tentative plan to start TTC in May 2021. 💖🤞😘🌻
@@phunkyvida that's sounds like a really solid plan. This pandemic has certainly been making everything more complicated! 😩 Feel free to subscribe, I'll be sharing some updates soon! 😘
Wow thank you this video was so helpful! This is my 1st baby and my 1st time doing these injections I feel a lot better taking them now seeing how at ease you were!
Aw, congratulations! Shameka, it definitely got easier as I went along! You may be able to get a feel for which areas receive the pokes best as far as stinging the least and being the least likely areas to bruise. I hope it goes smoothly for you! 🙏
I'm really glad it helped! I was taking injections again for a while this summer, so it actually doesn't feel like long ago since this video was just from the first time. 🤪
That was very helpful. I have to give pre-surgery Levonox shots to my mom beginning this morning and I am nervous. So this was quite helpful. Thank u!!
@@TangerineBliss The first one stung really bad because i didnt realise just how slow to go but by now it's mostly painless. Thank u for the tips it really helped alot. :)
This was so helpful thank you! I was so scared to do this today (it is my first time) and my husband did the injection per your advice and was painless! (this time lol). Thank you SO much!
Thank you so much for sharing your video, you seems so calm and relaxed. I just started on lovenox injection today, after watching your video I understand why it was sting, hopefully I'll get used to it. I'll do it slowly tomorrow morning and hopefully is not that bad like today 😊
This is a great video! If I can make 1 suggestion I would ask that you crop out the part recommending re-capping the needle. That is a big medical no-no because people often stick themselves trying to get the cover on the used needle. This is less important when self-administering shots but is important when administering to others. Otherwise great work!
This is very well done and thank you for doing this. One note is that people should be very cautious about putting the gray cover back on the needle. While you clearly take care in doing it, if one does not take such care it can be quite easy for the needle to go through the needle and into a finger. I would recommend that people not do that but I completely respect your reason for doing it.
Thank you so much for your very informative video. I have watched several and I like yours the best. I watched one where the patient was afraid of needles. You do not want to show someone how to administer a shot when the person is freaking out.
I know this video is two years old, but I put it on in the background so we could do our injection "at the same time." I put it off until right before bed because I dread doing it but it definitely helped doing it "together."
Hello, this video has been really helpful for me. I'm going to take my second dose today and I just wanted to know whether I should take rest after taking this because I've been feeling a little tingling sensation and pain on and off the whole day?
I use a numbing cream I put on and let sit for 30 minutes. I was told not to hold the skin as I push the medicine down. I’m going to try the way you’re doing to see if I feel better. I’m very pale but can’t see a vein.
I know this is an older video, but I have a ? I'm 32 weeks and have been on lovenox shots once daily and I've been told a couple different ways of where to put the injection on my belly.. one way is on the lower side of my belly and of course rotate each side every day, and the other way is 2 inches from my belly button. But now I'm seeing you do it on your side/luv handles. Which is the best way if there is one? Am I doing this wrong?
i just started this medicine and iam so scared to do it and iam 10 weeks pregnant your video help me iam starting to calm down about it thank you for your video.
Aw, hang in there! 💓 I'm sorry. The beginning is the hardest part. Taking slow deep breaths helped me calm down when I was nervous about it in the early days.
I am having a high risk pregnancy and had to go on hormones so he started the lovenox now. I had a hemorrhage and PE with a miscarriage a few yrs ago. I had a miscarriage the beginning of this yr and with me being 33 he said the hormone would be best now to help prevent another. Scary stuff. The video helped me thank you.
If you stopped the lovenox shots at 36 weeks, what were the next steps leading up to your delivery? If induced, were your doctors encouraging of that route or what that something you pushed back on? Obviously an induction would be ideal if you can since then you would be able to have the option of having an epidural. Thank you for this! We are three months (out of six total) into eliquis after suffering a DVT and multiple PEs due to a heightened AntiThrombine IIII Activity & Antigen. The plan would be on nothing for a month following the six months of eliquis and to then begin trying. Onece we confirm the pregnancy is viable, i would begin lovenox for the entire pregnacy + six weeks postpartum. Your video has put me at ease and I am very grateful to have time to mentally prepare. I did receive lovenox in the hospital back in October and (maybe I am a baby but) I found them pretty painful.
I do feel like although the shots are no fun at any point, I eventually got used to them. You can even breath slowly through them the same way people teach you breath through contractions. ☺️ It's an effective way of dealing with various pain, I've found. You're definitely not a baby for feeling that way though, that's normal. I did not need to do anything in particular after discontinuing the use of these shots, but I'm sure your health care provider will let you know what the case is for you. I may have misunderstood part of what you wrote when you spoke about an induction being ideal to be able to have an epidural. To my knowledge, as long as nothing is going wrong, it's ideal to wait for labor to begin spontaneously so that the body of both the birthing person and the baby are most ready for the process. And additionally, to my knowledge, unless labor is extremely progressed at the time you arrive to the hospital, the birthing person would be able to receive an epidural no problem. It's good to ask these things to your health care provider, and also be aware that from one doctor or midwife to the next you might get different answers since some are more inclined to strongly suggest things that others do not. Some might make epidurals sounds like the way to go, but others might readily highlight reasons you may want to try without it, so hopefully you can find time to learn a bit more about some of those things from books/articles/videos in order to make the best choices for yourself. ❤️
I am so glad i came across your video. I recently stopped taking the Xeralto, after 5½ months of treatment for the blood clot which now is gone praise the Lord🙏🏽. However, my husband and I want to have a baby and since my history of blood clot my doctor said that i will be taking a blood thinner injection throughout my pregnancy. I confess that i am scared but i know i am not the only one. And your video will be very helpful when the time comes. 🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing that! I would love to hear how things go for you, and I'm rooting for you! I hope you have a healthy pregnancy that goes smoothly. 🙏💞 Feel free to connect with me on Instagram if you want to chat more. ☺️
Hi, so I took my last injection yesterday. Had a great pregnancy and my daughter is well and healthy 💕 She is 6 weeks old. Thank you for this incredible video. It truly helped me and I know it'll continue to helps other women. God bless you💞
I don't have blood clotting disoder..but since I have history of miscarriages they told me I need Levnox injection to be on safe side...but I can't decide it plz tell me I don't want to have any complications in future
This was very helpful! Thank you so much! In the beginning, did you notice more bruising and dark red marks after the injection? Because I see you have no marks at all around your injection sites and I’m wondering why mine are either bruising or showing those dark red spots. I’ve been on them a little over a week.
That's a really great question, and the answer is yes! I got way more bruises at the beginning. I felt like dodging the tiny little capillaries might have been what helped avoid the bruising (I said "veins" in the video, I don't think that's technically accurate 😅). Every now and then though I would still hit a spot that would bleed or a spot that would hurt a little more than others. 🤷🏽♀️
TangerineBliss Thank you so much for replying! I’m still getting the little pinprick marks sometimes but no big bruises anymore like in the beginning. It’s strange though, that sometimes there is nothing on the injection site and sometimes there is, even though I use the same technique. Thank you once again! It was pretty daunting knowing I would have to do this myself, but watching your ease and calm demeanor helped my anxiety. 😁
I find the place you inject odd, because i see this picture with the spots u can do the shot and thats not it. But i will do it your way since i have quite a bit o fat in the front😬😬😬. Thank you!!
The Lovenox info I got from my doctor said anywhere you can "pinch an inch" of fat, and my hematologist said love handles were fine. 🤷🏽♀️ You can double check with your doc but I'm guessing you'd be told it's okay. ☺️
Thank you so much for this video i found out today I will have to take this medication. I’m scared but after watching your video I feel a little more confident and I know once I start doing it daily I’ll feel better about it. 💙

Thank you for your help! I’ve been freaking out about doing this, I’ve been on them for a month but I felt like I was running out of spots
Omg! I start these today and I feel so much better about it after watching this! I love you so much! You are amazing!
Aw thanks, Bethany. I'm glad it helped! 💓
Your video was very helpful. I'm 19 weeks and my doctor prescribed me this. I was so scared until I watched your video. Thank you so much.
Thank you for your feedback! I hope everything goes very well for you! 💞
Thank you so much for this! I’m 18 weeks and was just put on lovenox, my third injection today and was so much better thanks to your tips!
Oh good, I'm so glad it helped!
Is lovenox the same as enoxaparin ?
How was your pregnancy ?
@@VanessaHernandez-tj7iu - yes that is the generic name
@@VanessaHernandez-tj7iu - pregnancy went well! I had less issues with varicose veins all over for the rest of it while I was on the blood thinners.
Thanks about the buzzy recommendation
Very helpful, thank you so much for providing this information as I’m having to do this daily and find it painful. So your tips are very useful
Thank you so much!!! I’m a new mom and have just done my first injection. Your video was very helpful
I'm in my 3rd month statrted my injection I lost two babies bfr now dctr prescribed me this hope this tym everything goes well
I'm on clexane injections for the last week of my pregnancy and I'm positive that I won't have to go through that horrible experience again after my C-section. I pray for all mothers and pregnant women out there to safely go through this journey aswell.
How everything went ? Im doing these injections as well due to a blood clot and I need to have a c-section as well. I’m scared
Great video! Your voice is so calm and makes me feel better about this journey! I do my 1st injection today! 💕😊
I'm so glad. 💞 You got this!

Oh man how confusing! 😦 I hope your recovery good smoothly, and I'm glad this helped! 💓
You are so sweet! Thanks for creating this and making it so calming! 😊
Thank you so much for sharing this video! It has been extremely helpful! I'm pregnant in 16 weeks and just started my injections and your advice has been just what I needed. I was very anxious, but you gave me courage. Thanks and all the best! :)
Thanks, Darrena! I'm really glad this was helpful to you! ❤️
This help me a lot I start shots Monday and omg I was just freaking out crying but thanks so much for this
Thank you. I needed this. I’m bridging before my Colonoscopy/Endoscopy next week as I am on Warfarin.
It's no fun, but it IS worth it! 💞 Some spots feel worse than others but hopefully you will get the hang of it very quickly! ❤️
How is everything going for you? I’m a little over 6 weeks and I start mine in a couple of days
Thank you for this. This was helpful. I mean, they showed me what to do in the hospital, but this was much better!
You're welcome! I'm glad it helped!
I agree!
My goodness, you've been through so much! 😭 What a blessing to be recovering at home now! I'm so glad this was able to help you. 💞
Heeeeey. I'm down 3 weeks now and it has been good. Thank you. All your tips helped. Now I just jab and lie down for the after burn 😂😂😂😂
@@ThebathrobeCEO awesome, way to go. 🙌
In my experience it is so worth every prick and sting! I hope you get all you're hoping for. 🥰

Hey thank you so much for helping with this video, I'm 4 months pregnant and I was so nervous when I was told I have to do this. You are so sweet ❤️
Ty so much I’m pregnant and was struggling with giving myself these injections❤
I'm been doing the lovenox on my thighs and all turn out bruise. Thank you for your video it's help me a lot😊
TangerineBliss thank you so much!! I appreciate all of the advice!!
I know you published this forever ago but seriously this video is awesome and made it so much easier to do my injection!
Thank u!!
You're welcome, I hope everything goes smoothly! ❤️
Thank u for the tips. It's my first time today and I'm really nervous but ur tips are making me feel a bit better. Thank u! Wish me luck!
I hope your first shots went well!
Did going slower work for you?
This is a great video! If I can make 1 suggestion I would ask that you crop out the part recommending re-capping the needle. That is a big medical no-no because people often stick themselves trying to get the cover on the used needle. This is less important when self-administering shots but is important when administering to others. Otherwise great work!
Thanks for the input! I'll add a note about that in a comment.
Thanks for mentioning that! That would not be good.
Thank you for your video. I feel a little bit more at ease giving myself a shot , now all I have to do. Is just do it...fun 🥴
Thank you so much for this teaching and explanation to people 🙋🙋🙋🙋
Thank you so much for your very informative video.
I'm so glad it helped! I always did it right before bedtime too. 💓
Do u guys have clotting factors
Hello, this video has been really helpful for me. I'm going to take my second dose today and I just wanted to know whether I should take rest after taking this because I've been feeling a little tingling sensation and pain on and off the whole day?
Thank you ! This video helped me so much with my injections. And also being pregnant was such a bigger help, thanksssss
You're welcome! I'm so glad it helped!! ☺️
I use the lock/close (automatic safety device) before I put the lid on. It is less likely to stick you.
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been looking online for days and I couldn’t find anything helpful.
You're welcome! I hope it all goes smoothly for you. 🙏
Thank you so much! You're video was SO helpful! It does durn but not as bad as I thought. 😊
Thank you. Is it safe to inject these in the belly while you're pregnant?
I use a numbing cream I put on and let sit for 30 minutes. I was told not to hold the skin as I push the medicine down. I’m going to try the way you’re doing to see if I feel better. I’m very pale but can’t see a vein.
I hope you were able to figure out a way that would work well for you! 😊
Wow, looks perfectly done. Thx
I was told to do it 2 inches from belly button, left and right side only. Did not know about the love handle area
I'm still scared to do it
Thank you so much for making this video.
I'm glad it was useful for you. I hope things are going well for you!
I have to take lovenox for my pregnancy and I am beyond scared. But having to do what’s best for my baby is so important.
Thank you! Your video was so helpful. Just started injections today after surgery and 2 blook clots are detected in my legs. :)
I have done this my entire pregnancy and I was on 40 MG then they switched me to 100mg twice a day. Very painful bit very well worth it for my baby

Thank you for making this video it helped me out so much
I hope things have gone smoothly for you. 💓
I feel so painful at that area to give a shot. But no way to escape from heparin for 9 months.i really feel so pain
This was so helpful it made me less scared to give myself a shot, plus this is my first child so I'm nervous but it gets better as the days go by😊

@@TangerineBliss Thank you love I appreciate it 😊
I find the place you inject odd, because i see this picture with the spots u can do the shot and thats not it.
