Damn! Just forget that one! Yes great one! Love games like this to make that memory working. Just like the chain-words ! Keep it up bro! New helper in that ESL community! ESL Power!!
Cheers Mike, yeah I had forgotten about it for years and just found an old notebook with it in! Really need to keep all my stuff in 1 place! Haha Glad you liked it! :-)
That's a great game!!!! Here is another one I really like: Students count to 21, when they reach that number, one of the students changes whichever number they want by a word. For example 2 becomes "butterfly" and so on until there are only words left (ex: 1, butterfly, 2, 3, 4, orangutan, 6...) 😀
You have a new subscriber. Thanks for sharing the game. I was introduced to this activity during my CELTA course and it is a great memorisation game. When do you upload videos?
Thanks very much! I don't have a set day for uploading at the moment due to work but I'm trying to get more organised! Where did you study your Celta? I did mine a few years ago in Thailand.
@@ELTExperiences Yeah I learnt a lot from it, hard work at the time but well worth it! Just watched a few of your videos, great work! Where do you work now?
Loving it man! Horrible weather here today tho so I reckon would work better with some sunlight! I normally just move around a bit and then edit it afterwards using Shotcut. Really good free software.
Cheers man! Appreciate it :-) I'm in Chengdu at the moment, part own a training school here and work in an international high school nearby. Thinking about going online tho! Any tips?
@@AndyTheESLGuy Ah, you're in Chengdu, nice man. As for the ESL teaching, having done both in person and online teaching, they each have their pros and cons. In terms of social confidence, mental health, personal development, and possibly income - in person is probably the better option. In terms of freedom and flexibility (i.e. Geographical location, timetable selection, working hours, etc.) online is better. It all depends on the person really. Hope you're enjoying life in Chengdu!
@@ConorSantry yeah all good over on China land, I was lucky to meet a great girl after a short time being here and now have 2 amazing boys. Are you still in Ireland?
@@AndyTheESLGuy wow, that's fantastic man, I'm happy for you! Is your partner Chinese / from Chengdu? And yes, I'm currently in my home town in Ireland. I'll eventually move abroad again but for now it suits me to be here.
Sure, I'm actually recording a video right now! Will have it uploaded soon. Lots of other ideas lined up as well, just trying to find the time is the hard part!
Yeah this is an old classic but still thought it would be useful for some people that weren't aware of it. You can check out my other videos for new ideas :-) also, keep an eye out for my next video.... Tried it today and worked like a charm!
