I'm fairly new, and just ending Babylon now, but Camelot was, compared to every other event and rift I've done, by far the most dramatic and sad. If this was the standard and not the exception, FGO would have a story that was quite special. Seeing new versions of friends now enemies, sacrifice not to win but survive, failure and mass murder all tied to a sad story that only exists because you didn't prioritize this rift over another, means that many of these deaths are your fault.

If you are wondering about what the deal with Lancer Artoria Alter. This is Lancer Artoria, Struggling to keep her humanity, allowing herself to be contaminated by the contents of the Holy grail. While normally it would corrupt a servant completely, the spear rhongominiad protects the user from all corruption. This allowed Lancer Artoria Alter to still remain human without becoming corrupt by the holy grail. However, while it prevents her from becoming corrupt, she no longer sees herself fit to be a king, instead seeing the battlefield as the only place she belongs. Thus, this version of Artoria can be considered the King of the wild hunt, an If that exists.

Great Video but a couple of minor corrections, Ozymandias/Ramses II is theorized to be the Pharoah of the story of Exodus, but it's never stated to be the case and isn't known for sure. He is however definitely the Pharaoh of Exodus in the Nasuverse The final plague was the Death of the First Born, the first plague was the Nile turning to blood. Also Bedi's death is my favorite moment until Babylonia

A large amount of the things you stated were not correct. Artoria wasn't a ghost, she survived due to the lack of Excalibur returning to the lake, in addition artoria had her form basically transfixed by Excalibur, however after losing Excalibur she started to age again temporarily, then when she was finally raised to a divine spirit by rhongonmidiad she no longer aged. In addition in the singularity artoria was not a servant. Caliburn was only the selector of kings, but Excalibur was the one which gave her pseudo immortality and regeneration.
Can we talk about how both Sir Gaheris and Sir Kay were among the knights who refused to follow Artoria and were killed for it. These two being the brother of Agravain, Gawain, and Gareth and the foster brother of Artoria respectively. This means that not only did the knights who stayed loyal kill their friends, but also their respective family members.

The movies don't really do a great job with the story anyway, so you're better off seeing this first and then watching the second film. It'll make more sense lol

LB3 when communism is taken to the extreme, LB2 when there is a divine being to govern humans, LB1 is what happens when man is forced to survive and forget to live and of course LB4 and the concept of reincarnation cycle and dependence on the infallibility of a god I will never forget that last line in LB4 "if god isn't here anymore... who am I supposed to pray to from now on? ...However, prayers are heard simply by virtue of being prayers. And not by a proper reincarnation cycle... ...but by the transient dreams of a young girl crying herself to sleep.

Basically this is what happens if Artoria never tastes anything but Gawain's Irish Potatoes [TM] and Broth for 40 years.
I like how the Hassans are supposed to kill people, but instead in this singularity, they protect people more than kill. They’re also pretty funny.

Actually Hassan of the Cursed Arm is not the only one that knew about his fate when he asked for First Hassan's help. Every other Hassan knew. They just kept quiet because they can't suggest any other alternative. It's quite clear from their reaction when Hassan of the Cursed Arm mentioned the First Hassan for the first time.

Ozymandias/Ramses II is theorized to be the Pharoah of the story of Exodus, but it's never stated to be the case and isn't known for sure. He is however definitely the Pharaoh of Exodus in the Nasuverse

really hope she gets a chance to be flushed out and explored sooner i mean she is a knight of the round table AND the 1st legit member to be exclusive to the lancer class
with her the knights now have all 3 of the KNIGHT classes covered (Tristan is archer and now Gareth is lancer)
artoria( despite having several classes) will always be saber to me, we also have Mordred,Gawain, and Lancelot(alter but still what some consider the ideal Lancelot)
then we have proper Lancelot(berserker) and Merlin (caster)
now we just need the rider and assassin classes and we could have the knights cover all 7 of the main classes
speaking of I could DEFINITELY see FGO release a rider class knight of the round table

A large amount of the things you stated were not correct. Artoria wasn't a ghost, she survived due to the lack of Excalibur returning to the lake, in addition artoria had her form basically transfixed by Excalibur, however after losing Excalibur she started to age again temporarily, then when she was finally raised to a divine spirit by rhongonmidiad she no longer aged.
In addition in the singularity artoria was not a servant.
Caliburn was only the selector of kings, but Excalibur was the one which gave her pseudo immortality and regeneration.

Can we talk about how both Sir Gaheris and Sir Kay were among the knights who refused to follow Artoria and were killed for it. These two being the brother of Agravain, Gawain, and Gareth and the foster brother of Artoria respectively. This means that not only did the knights who stayed loyal kill their friends, but also their respective family members.

@@otakudaikun wanted to provide an update. After several on and off sessions of grinding servants like Heracles and Jeanne (Ruler), Ereshkigal and several others, I’ve just finished Camelot! Now onto Babylonia... at least the anime!
I hope they adapt the lostbelts too. Or if they do EoR, I just hope its not Agartha.

I had a question. The reason why Galahad doesn't get summoned by Artoria is because of Mash but considering how MANY versions there are of heroic spirits why is that the case? I mean we know of at least 2 Artoria's so why is Mash's Galahad THIS Round Table's Galahad?
I think if they wanted to have Galahad as a separate servant they could definitely make an excuse to do so.

"FGO" specifically has covered so many topics i.e. each of the lostbelts explored the natural and logical conclusion of an idea. LB3 when communism is taken to the extreme, LB2 when there is a divine being to govern humans, LB1 is what happens when man is forced to survive and forget to live and of course LB4 and the concept of reincarnation cycle and dependence on the infallibility of a god
