Nail roller to weaken the statik of the plate and water. Or just water so you can bent it in the round shape then let it dry till it is not wet anymore. Then it gets hard in the new round position so you can fix it to the post.

@@user-dy5cq8bn9y Depends on what radius you like to bent the plate.
Also there are different thick plates.
Example
If you have a 6mm thick plate 2400mm long, you can bent it 360°. Without cutting.
If you have a normal 12,5mm thick plate 2400mm long, you can bent it 180°.
Without cutting.
Means 2400mm÷(2×radius×~)
2400mm÷(2×radius×3,14)
2400mm÷(6,28×radius)
Radius +-400mm
If you have a normal 12,5mm plate, radius higher than 400mm you need to cut the site of the plate thats been streched.
Depends on with circle you need.
Inner circle, konkav, cut the back of the plate.
Outter circle, konvex, cut the front of the plate.
I recommend to not cut at all.
Use two layers of 6mm thick plates to make it. Radius would be about 200mm. Thats small enough for All round constructions.
