If only they have the same mechanism as fallout shelter, and red redemption 2 how npc interact, for FO4 settlers this game would be more popular

Faster Workshop makes the workshop menu open damn near instantly.

I’ve seen it, but it’s not available for console from my understanding.
@@CordlessVII It isn't since it relies on F4SE, but it's a must have if you're playing on PC. It's so game changing that I'd thought it would be worth a mention, even if it isn't available on other platforms.

I actually didn't use it until about 18 months ago - now I have no idea how I built anything with the game's inherent refusal to let me place stuff half the time, and without being able to rotate along all 3 axes (axises?)

I`m waiting to get Fallout 4 installed again and when i saw the video title 2019 just perfect glad to see you still making videos about it .(And when you said at the start that the more settlement mods you have the slower the workshop start up , there`s actually mod that fixes it i think it was called faster workshop startup fix our something like that ).

This is amazing. There's only one issue with scrapping dirt mounds on sidewalks in Sanctuary that I have a problem with. You did an amazing job, bro. Good job! Descriptive and direct. Straightforward. Top notch vid!
Interesting to see how a lot of people are returning to Fallout 4 around the same time, independent of each other. I started a new purity (no mods) playthrough myself a week ago, enjoying building again.
Right. I see a lot of people saying they just returned to Fallout 4. it dragged us all back in lol. I just started updating my old Egret Tours build and have been using the Snappy Housekit to add more buildings in the parking lot area.

Recently returned myself. I was worried most of the awesome fallout youtubers would have moved onto other games by now but so excited and relieved to see they are still here or returning.
Happy to see a Fallout 4 video that's not 5 years old. I also love that you include different alternatives for console players even though I'm a PC gamer myself. Everyone should get to have fun with this masterpiece of a game!

I really love how well they fit into the world, BUT, I would love to see you get out of your comfort zone and make something utilising more effects. I'm so inspired by your channel, and want to see your take on something you wouldn't normally build. Something high-tech and futuristic. "Institute" clean. Maybe surrounded by a "blade runner" like city?
As an all-time PS4 Fallout 4 player that hasn't been able to play for the past couple years due to corrupted saves and "cannot save" bugs; to have just gotten an X-Box with which to finally build the way I want to, I must say THANK YA for this video. And you're welcome in advance for the +1 view I'm about to give to your entire upload history. lol
Do you have any issues running the game? I've done exactly the same thing but the game always crashes around boston common. never able to get Cate, and this is mod free. when I add mods it's even worse. bit of a pisser really.
Switching over from PS4 to PC soon, this helps a lot. In your link list there's also SMM, is this a necessary mod for your suggested list?

Great video Cordless. I picked up FO 4 again got bored very quickly with 76. I am using many of these mod. And I love Dead wasteland. In an old play through I used cabin in the woods for a early western look. Again thanks and keep up the great work.

"Kraggles Structures - Piers Prefabs and Terrain" is a pretty good alternative to Grounded if you want a less "blocky" block of terrain. It has less textures variations but more shape variations.

Craftable vault elevators and snappable vault wall lights are must haves for me when it comes to building vaults, save me a lot of hours of losing my mind trying to build stair ways or line up lights on walls.
Could you do a 2019 load order for all the building mods?

Woody's Wasteland Objects is a small collection of realistic items.
Wood stoves made from oil drums, water wheel for power generation, and so on.
Its not a must-have, but what it offers is really nice and its relatively small.

Omg i Just looked up fallout 4 mods cause I wanted to play fallout 4 again after beating RDR2 and this came up when I saw one of your vids earlier and I have a massive list to install and I’m 150 / 150 mods full. Whelp might as well add more to the list especially settlement mods.

Sim settlements is very fun for a more hands-off settlement building. There are many, many add-ons to it too.

Nice, a simplified mod list. I had over 100 mods and my game broke. The one MOD I do not like, scrap everything. It has items that you can scrap but they respawn. They also have collision barriers that NPCs will run into like a building you scraped. It causes the game to crash when respawning an item that has a new structure in its place. If you check the MOD in creation kit you see most of the items respawn. To check the buildings scrap one then look back at the settlement from a distant you can see the building you previously scraped.
Very surprised you dropped Ethreons mods. I can't play without them. Just so many items and works so smoothly with WR installed. Anyways, thanks for your updated mod list!

I’m convinced that some of the long load times when opening workshop mode are from USO. My workshop used to take up to 6 or 7 minutes as well to load. I got rid of USO awhile back when cleaning out my mod list and it reduced the wait time to like 1 minute. I recently downloaded the Kuro Tab and Dead Wasteland after your Red Rocket video, which are arguably just as big as USO and I was convinced I was gonna have ridiculous load times again...but nope. Still takes about a minute or less to load.

Hey, good video. Just wanted to let you know that I have every nod you mentioned in your vifeo except that Kehrina's mod. It takes my game 4.3 minutes to load up cuz I have over 200 mods on my game. How many times do I ctd you may ask? Zero, nada, zilch. I use the L.O.O.T. tool to check my game and load order. Thanks for the video and I subscribed to it, liked it and kudos to you and sharing your info.

I was looking into building some settlements along the water and want to put boats. Any suggestions on any mods that can help with this?
Idk if anyone has posted this, but just in case. For us Console goers, if you don't have the space for Dead Wasteland. Their are 3 other, smaller mods taken from that mod: Alternate Power Sources, Alternate Water Sources, and Alternate Guard Sources up for download and aren't as massive.

Love your builds! One aspect I loved about fallout 4 was settlement building. I’m glad Bethesda recognized that and I believe they are incorporating it in the new Starfield game. They definitely confirmed they are doing it for the next fallout. I bet settlement creation in Starfield will be amazing!

G2M, at last someone showing it off. It is virtually indispensable for me. The container parts, the Far Harbor fishing and water stuff, it simply is a must have.
Snappy I agree is practically a must have, they update all the time and even have broken bits you can use which gives you a more varied look.
One final one is *Vanilla Extensions* which gives you loads more stuff from the game including my favourites which are the actual power line poles complete with snapping connectors. Wind generators you see the gunners use (with a decent amount of power), walls and floors that you don't get in the base game and match anything, there is stuff in virtually every category and along with G2M and Snappy, I practically use these 3 all the time.
Just got back into playing Fallout 4, I forgot how much I loved it and watching fallout vids!

What load order do you use for these mods? I'm on xb1 and am having a hard time figuring out what order I need to put these in.
It used to take several minutes to open my workshop menu. However, with the "faster workshop" (lag fix) mod installed it now takes around 2 seconds. That is with many dozens of settlement crafting mods installed (over 300 mods total). It makes no difference how many crafting mods you have - once you install the faster workshop mod it will never take more than around 2 second to open up the workshop. I cannot recommend that mod enough, although it may need F4SE I think.
I'll have to try this, every damn workshop mod I install automatically crashes my game, I can't put it anything down because as soon as I enter the workshop mode the game crashes. This is seriously frustrating.
My settlement builds were crappy as all hell until I used Workshop plus after watching this video. I'm a pro with settlements now! Thanks for the recommendation!

Workshop free maker is a good one, allows you to craft almost anything you need, very useful for ammo and settlement supplies
