If I padded j waves, greeded fate cal b, knew the bloodweapon and delirium timings beyond precasting at 8 seconds, and didn't drop a delirium stack before second trines, I may have been able to get 4-8 more bloodspillers.
I precast delirium 8 seconds on cd and keep it on a hard cooldown afterwards. You can probably get away with 9 or 10 seconds if you don't clip your gcd. Remember to use delirium and spend as many stacks as you can before the p2 transition (unless this results in no bloodspillers being gained).
Use delirium early during p4, first or second gcd, and keep it on hard cooldown. You can get another delirium usage during temporal prison even in fast kill times.
If your main tank is a paladin and invulning first LL/Hand tb, wait until Cruise Chaser casts second whirlwind after gavel during p2 otherwise Hallowed Ground will not be up in time for Chastening Heat 2.
During bjcc, pop rampart when the first water debuff resolves. This timing catches the kitchen sink and comes back up in time comfortably for double rocket punch.
Pot windows are LL, before Timestop, PA, and end of PA. You can pot during two minute bjcc however, when progging, pot before timestop.
