nonna’s recipe of sirniki (cottage cheesecakes)

hey!
here is the recipe:
cottage cheese or ricotta - 400 g
eggs - 2
flour - 3-4 tablespoons (the way you like. my gradnma prefers making them soft and therefore their for resemble that of a pancake)
sugar - the way you like. my grandma puts 2-4 tablespoons
baking soda or soda with vinegar - 1/3 of a tablespoon
steps:
1. mix cottage cheese with eggs
2. add baking soda
3. add the flour
4. put butter on a frying pan and heat it
5. fry cottage cheesecakes on a low heat for 4-5 mins

p.s. this is the recipe of cottage cheesecakes that my grandma made for years because everyone in the family loves them and i decided to share it.
