If its outside of sport, then snicker is one of the option you could get. But if you play sports, especially participating in tournament, Banana is the best food to replenish energy. As a sports person myself, banana is the best option to replenish your hunger when in tournaments. Cheap, easy to digest and makes you full but not making you sluggish because of the digestion.

I read somewhere that this is a common thing to do in sports to warm up your fingers since their shorts don't have bags. Kenma is by far not the only character doing this in Haikyuu so I think it makes sense
