Im currently only at 36:20 in the video, so idk if the subject is developed further, but when she was talking about how strange it is that rich people leave the internet, she then went on to explain why they would in the next subject of how kids are treated on the internet. The internet is a very weird place, and the more rich and successful someone gets, the more people pay attention to them. Therefore, the risk of something ‘strange’ or just bad in general happening because of what they post on the internet gets exponentially higher. Like, I’m not saying this is the truth for any nor all, but it is a strong possibility that they just leave to not have that risk follow not only them, but their success. One wrong post or interaction of any kind could ruin their integrity, therefore ruining their level of success.
