I totally agree with what you're saying about tipping... But my sister is a waitress and regardless of if you tip or not, the kitchen takes 3% of the price of your order as a tip. So if no one tips her it comes out of her paycheck.... So for that reason I will always be tipping.

I am totally sorry about your purse. Yes it’s very wrong and I don’t wish that on anyone. However; it’s disgusting how you talk about the police officer. You losing your bag was not a high priority call. Of course it will take a long time for an officer to get out there especially in the area you’re in. Don’t assume most law enforcement is crappy because most departments are not. Sorry your interactions with officers haven’t been great but it was your own fault for leaving your bag to begin with. Law enforcement isn’t made to save the entire world.
