I don't think Amen Thompson is getting enough credit. Jalen needed another athlete on the floor to draw in the defense. He hasn't really had that up till now; Alpi and Jabari have athleticism, but they're not pure athletes. FVV is a solid PG, but he's not scaring anyone when he drives. Amen might actually be part alien the way he jumps and runs the floor. When you add Cam Whitmore it's a 3 headed monster. Defenses are gonna have an impossible time when all 3 of those guys are rolling. If and when that happens, this team can take down anyone.
