Night Driver is criminally underrated. My favourite Busted record.
Same actually. Most of the songs on that record are a real vibe and in the spirit of Busteds hit making. Half Way There felt more like a rock out record without that magic songwriting touch that Busted is known for. The only song on that record in my opinion that's absolutely Busted and one of their best songs is Radio.
I love the album. I always go back to listen to it every once in awhile!
@@MathemotoAre you kidding? The tunes on Halfway There are BANGING!
@@adamknight7041 Music wise it's nice. But great song writing wise, nah, there's no real hits on that records.
I 100% agree, it’s a brilliant record. Shows their versatility in creating something so different. Would love to hear more of this style from them
I was one of those 10-year-old listeners after getting A Present for Everyone for my birthday. Just recently came back to them and am determined to go and see them live.
I saw these guys in Leeds last weekend, it was an amazing time, I couldn't have been happier seeing a band that I've loved for my whole life.
I saw them in Liverpool last night .. phenomenal!!
Meet you there the abbey road version is one of my favourite songs. I love night driver the new album is just perfection.
Night Driver is still my favourite Busted album
Night Driver is my favourite!
I've seen a few of the interviews for this record now and this may well be my favourite. All of them are so into the this
Eddy is my second favourite drummer after Travis Barker. So talented. Love LTA, love Busted, great match up.
They are the UKs Blink.
I remember when I was like 9 years ago when I was 12 mcbusted was my first ever live big arena show I saw was fuckin class, hype to see busted are still killing it
Anyone else just need to pause the video to fantasise about Imogen Heap singing on a busted track?!?!!!😍😍😍😍😍 GET HER TO A LIVE SHOW!
Just saw these guys at download UK, OG fan as I was 11 when the first album came out. Felt like a dream it was so amazing and it was incredible to see them get recognition as the rock/punk band they wanted to be while being totally loved for their pop vibes ❤ Highlight of the weekend!
Avril Lavigne would have been a good fit surely
obviously not
17:22 - "James was tapping every day in the studio. I was like "Where's all this skill come from, James?"" 😂
We went liverpool friday night,it was amazing, anybody that is going will not be dissapointed, and you can just see matt, james and charlie are loving every minute of it.🤟
Long live Lower Than Atlantis. I really hope that people see Eddy on this tour and check them out. So stoked to see what Eddy's achieved though
☺️ I absolutely love Night Driver, such a great album.
Wasn’t as keen on Half Way There, some of the songs are great but overall it felt as if they thought they needed to go back to their original music, and I really don’t think that’s the case.
I hope they’re bold and try something new like they did Night Driver, love all the original Busted sounds but they have so much more in them, can’t wait to find out where they go with it! 👍🏻
Night Driver was great it had some amazing tunes on it but equally some turkey's too, Half Way There sounded like what Busted was always meant to sound like Pop-Punk but with more emphasis on a heavier rock sound. For me Half Way There is their most consistent album from start to finish, all the tunes on it are either good and superb!
@@adamknight7041 I feel the opposite where I love every song on Night Driver but there's a few on Half Way There that drag it down a little. Honestly I think a mix of the two sounds would be really cool, synth heavy pop punk.
I'd be interested to know the 5% of bands that said no. Would have loved blink or new found glory to have collabed.
New Found Glory said no, pretty sure Blink was at the top of the list. Bring me the Horizon probably was on there aswell, Good Charlotte maybe?
@@Mathemoto How do you know NFG said no?
@@Scrubber89 Pretty sure I heard it from a recent interview where they quickly mentioned it.
@Mathemoto yeah think someone posted a video from a sound check and Busted took questions afterwards and New Found Glory and Elle Eyre were mentioned that they turned down. With Blink, I'm surprised at least not Mark featured due to featuring on McBusted and McFly tracks but he has been working on new Blink stuff.
@@seanyedgar94 yeah I think blink will have just been too busy
What a night in liverpool out of this world
BEST BAND EVER❤
Night Driver is definitly their best album!
Night drivers is a great album
Busted have now been retconned as a real pop punk band.
wished they come to india
Im sure Patrick Stump said no, simply because FOB were busy.
The guy in the middle looks like the guy who is currently in Only Murders in the Building lol
Greatest hits 😂😂😂😂.
Charlie looking like a stoner monk
