If an office have 2 analogue lines, FXO1 and FX03, and wants FX01 inbound calls to failover to FX03 if FX01 is not answered, how do you do that? I don't want FX01 to go to voicemail if there is no answer. I want it the system to failover the call to the 2nd phone line and then go to voicemail if no one answers. How?
Hi There, Basically, the analog line failover service should be configured on the provider side. Because the analog phone doesn't support returning a no-answer signal. You might contact your provider to get the service. Note that the PBX extension ring timeout default time is 30s, please set a proper no answer time on the provider side and PBX side.
