Thanks, I am a professional chef located in. ON 🇨🇦. I watched the recipe from this brother and must say that his recipe is very authentic and accurate. I personally have not used Pipli but would love to try it next time. I use kabab chini instead.

I’ve made this before but without the frozen beef fat since I didn’t have it, used 80/20 beef and it turned out AMAZING. Finding pipli wasn’t easy but it was worth it.
