It’s one thing to use an AI “art” generator for personal use but if you use it for profit you are violating copyright law as many of these generators source their “training” images from real artists without their permission. There are already lawsuits and artists creating software to thwart these generators from crawling their online galleries and portfolios to steal source images. In this recommended “art” generator I used a prompt describing an image from one of my favorite fantasy artists. It generated visibly recognizable elements of his copyrighted artwork. This new ‘make art’ button is a novelty but until they create a system that *begins* with *only* artists who opt in then using it puts you at risk for lawsuits not to mention the moral dilemma that you’re promoting profiting from the hard work of thousands of legitimate artists.
With CF Spark, if you Publish an image, you can then download it and as soon as you have downloaded it, you can "Remove Your Listing" if you want to prevent anyone else downloading your image. Look on the right hand side of the screen under "Manage Your Listing".
Not impressed with spark. Plus you need to upgrade to publish. Hours and hours to maybe get a usable image plus, it’s community property. It would probably be faster to try my hand at creating my own. Prompt engineering sees to be a critical skill for all AI. Thank you for the comparisons. Very helpful 💐🙏

How do you find out about the licensing for commercial use?
CF Spark gives me weird eyes, extra fingers, body parts in the incorrect place. Landscapes seem to work well.
