Yes you can enjoy Singapore by walking. Try walking at the other side starting from ION Orchard going straight to 313 then to YMCA...then using the pedestrian and footpaths...walk all the way to BUGIS.
K probably reached 10k steps during this day. wow. 10, 000.00 just amazing. Me, I have days where i easily finish off the 10, 000.00 steps... while sometimes it's hard to do. 5 o 6 thousand steps . depends on how busy your feet i guess. hahaha.
i dont know but I can walk the streets of Recto Manila feeling COMPLETELY SAFE. But I get the rich people. Their concept of safety is different bec they have options. But to me...home is my safe space.
