Is Encintas a suburb of San Diego? Is it in the same county? How's the homeless & migrant issue there?

@@PatraK-du8ve yes, Encinitas is a city within San Diego county. It’s in the northern area of the county aka “north county”. Homelessness is present there but don’t have a lot like there is downtown San Diego.

San Diego can feel crowded. Especially in the summer months when we get so many tourists.
