Hi, Iain,. You said that use the same model for surfing prone or DK...but, do you use the same size? Or is It better to use a one inch bigger for DK?
I use the same board exactly. Same size and shape. Just find it the best way to do it.

is there a way of practising doing a ARS outside of the water?
Not that I know of. It is a strange movement. What you can do is strength training in rotations. Check out the 6 bodyboard exercises video. That will help.
What SNIPER model you using in this video?
That is the 42” Iain Campbell “Theory” model.
How do you holding your camera?
I have a mouth mount. Check the video description for all the details.
What attachment do you use? Head Strap for the GoPro?
I’m using the mouth mount. All my accessories and camera are in the description of this video.

How do you pop up in flippers?
I did a video on dropknee and how to get up but you want to bring your outside foot around so that the fin doesn’t hit the water but also doesn’t get caught on your board.

Iain Campbell oh I thought about it many times however unlike when I’d go to Bali a lot no matter what I knew I’d get good action no matter what. The thought of dropping that type of paper and 🤞🏽its good is a bit of a concern 😂😂
There are so many other waves on that coastline so if it’s too big you just go find something else. Early and late season is best October and February
