My big brother used to show me Late Night Conan clips that he recorded on VCR. My mom said I shouldn't be watching him but I would sneak to the TV and do it anyways. I'm glad I did. I'm a Conan fan for life.

Ilana is such a diverse person. I feel like with this new fave of interviews from her we get to see so many different facets of her personality; her wild, chutzpah-esque humour, her humble more mellow side and also her serious/informative side when she's talkin politics. What a person!

More casual is cool.. No prob with that, but the new set is depressing.. So I agree with you.. Conan, please hire David Spade’s set designer lol..
And I think they kept the same lighting director. Whoever is in charge of lighting all the TBS episodes of Conan sucks so bad. I hate speaking ill of people, but these are the darkest youtube talk shows. There's zero contrast between the background set and Conan and his guests. It's like 2 dimensional lighting. Also all of Conan's audio is so quiet. Colbert, Last Week, Tonight Show, Meyers, even Graham Norton, they're all lit properly, bright, and are loud and easy to hear across the room while doing the dishes.
I lose my Aussie accent here and there as well. Its also a common occurrence with my group of friends. I think its coz we watch a lot of American TV/movies

Ilana Glazer, Conan, Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson, Dennis Rodman, just to name a few off top, all have something in common. Their parents didn't medicate them to 'control' them. They have all used that energy to make something of themselves. Quit medicating the unseen talent of your children. There's something there. Be patient. Me, I love to hear people's stories about how they were restless kids, hyper-active and now look at them. There's others, but these popped up because of what she just said about being restless as a child.
