I feel bad for Dante. We all make mistakes and sometimes can be ignorant of them, but I can’t imagine being a public figure like this and having to face so much criticism. Of course there were many people speaking out of love, there were just as much or more speaking directly from a Pharisee spirit complex. It’s easy to look at someone’s life and pick a part what we think is wrong, telling them they need to fix themselves, but how many are willing to do the work to hell that person by praying for their healing and transformation? Not enough Christians do the supporting work, but will always have too much audacity to speak against someone they don’t know personally. I truly pray for and have hope that the Lord fully embrace Dante and keep him on the faithful trajectory he has always had planned for him. 💛
